long time lurker Posted December 10, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2017 They will have someone selling various waters as you exit. I have never noticed towels there.
Fun Redhead Posted December 10, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2017 If you don't have a drink package buy your water at the bar..I heard it costs less than at the exit..take a towel from the pool Sent from my SM-T800 using Forums mobile app
Rare cruisestitch Posted December 10, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 10, 2017 Before your first port, There will be beach towels in your stateroom. Remember to bring them back to the ship.
Rare hcat Posted December 10, 2017 #5 Share Posted December 10, 2017 You should be supplied with beach towels by your stateroom attendant the night before port,,.if they are not already in the closet.
Marelaine Posted December 11, 2017 #6 Share Posted December 11, 2017 If the beach towels aren't in your cabin the day before your excursion, ask your steward for them. There will also be a Celebrity beach bag in your cabin. Make sure you return the towels to your cabin not the pool hampers, when you return. We usually get our water from a bar the night before but if you forget, you can purchase it near the gangway.
Ozzmund Posted December 11, 2017 #7 Share Posted December 11, 2017 Water has always been available at the gangway. We leave the beach towels in our cabin and grab two from the pool. While we have never failed to return a towel, the prospect of paying for the beach towels makes us leave them safe aand sound in our cabin. phoenix_dream Posted December 11, 2017 #8 Share Posted December 11, 2017 Water has always been available on the gangway................for the beginning of debarkation. Recently we have walked off ships an hour or so after docking (as we had been to the ports many times and were in no hurry) only to find the water stations were no longer there. So first thing, yes. An hour or two later? Possibly not.
miched Posted December 11, 2017 #9 Share Posted December 11, 2017 Recently on the Equinox there were towels available as we left the ship. You had to sign out for them. When we returned they crossed off your cabin. Happy cruising 🛳🇺🇸🌅
Beanb41 Posted December 11, 2017 #10 Share Posted December 11, 2017 We haven't had Beach towels in our cabin for a couple of years now. If we are planning on going to the beach and require towels we grab them from the pool area and leave them for collection in the bathroom upon our return. Water is the same price irrespective where you obtain it from on board. Often the bar steward wont have a machine at the gangway for buying water and will simply take your seapass number to be processed later. We have a drinks package so it is not an issue for us

Tiggertastic Posted December 11, 2017 #13 Share Posted December 11, 2017 We just go to the pool and grab towels and grab water from the bar the night before so we can have the bag packed ready. Sent from my iPad using Forums
Rare ghstudio Posted December 11, 2017 #14 Share Posted December 11, 2017 Just completed 11 night caribbean cruise on the reflection. There was no water being sold anywhere near the disembarkation point at any of the ports we visited. On previous cruises on the Eclipse and others there has always been a table where they sold water. Not sure if this is just the reflection or it is some sort of cost saving since so many are on a drink package and just take a water.
