Is there wifi on Labadee

Recommended Posts

Just wondering...why can't you just go to Labadee and enjoy the beach, lunch, and sun and leave the wifi on the ship???

That wasn't the question. But since you asked, we had a fully pregnant DIL so DW wasn't getting to far out of touch.

If anything was to happen, what will she do?

Oh come on, stop it. Maybe she just wants to 'know'...know that everyone is ok/healthy, the baby was born, the gender, etc. She is a grandma for goodness sake!!!

The old curmudgeons will always find a reason to question why you wish to live in the 21st century. :')

See the FaceTime video of her new grand-daughter and toast with a glass of champagne. What else?

Which is exactly what happened the next day on the ship while sitting out by the pool.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it was fantastic.

Just wondering...why can't you just go to a thread and respond yes/no and leave the judgement to yourself??

God forbid we let people enjoy their vacations how they want to. Some spend hours in the buffet, some spend hours in the casino, some never leave their cabin, some sit at the pub and play card games for hours. So she wants to have connection- WHO CARES?

The one big reason I go on a cruise is to disconnect from the outside world. Turn phone off, lock it in safe, go get a coconut Mojito and relax. I do take it in port in case of emergency but it's off in my pocket. This would make a great discussion topic!
