Nick Weir was talking about the new 270 show on Odyssey in CruiseCritic Live today. Absolutely amazing!! They put artists and fish in a tank they could rotate and filmed this for the rotating screens. They even had one scene with two small alligators...

Here is a Cruise Critic article about it:

Cruise Critic Exclusive: Royal Caribbean to Debut New Show aboard Odyssey of the Seas

EDIT: These were images in his tweet about on November 24 2020 which are in the Cruise Critic article.

Rumors are that the Ems river conveyance won´t be until March but that´s pretty close to the delivery as the first cruise should be April 2nd. So delivery is pretty likely March 31st and then 2 nights over to Southampton.

Doesn't leave much time for sea trials

Any truth to this?

Conveyance is typically associated with a new or full moon needed to get the water depth required according this article when Quantum did the trip in 2014:

https://www.wired.com/2014/09/conveyance-quantum-of-the-seas/

If so, for Papenburg:

New Moon         Full Moon

Jan. 13               Jan. 28

Feb. 11               Feb. 27

Mar. 13               Mar. 28

Apr. 12                Apr. 27

I noticed the same solid wall but upon checking Spectrum noted it also has the solid wall.

Here is Anthem.

As you noted there is quite a bit of space involved so it would be interesting to know how Spectrum uses this space.

Do you know anyone on Spectrum?

A closer view on Odyssey of the Seas.

Interesting notes about the Suite Lounge

https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-ships/odyssey-of-the-seas/things-to-do/suite-lounge

Kids only during breakfast and no Pinnacles 🤣😇

INSIDER TIP

For Grand Suite-level accommodations and above.

AGE RESTRICTION

21+ on sailings from North America, 18+ on sailings from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

PRO TIP

Kids are welcome at the Suite Lounge during breakfast hours. In the evenings, the space is open to guests of legal drinking age.

The DL doesn't have the age restriction.

Looks like it’s a SL now and not a CL.

I think that is super helpful! Not at all where they are on the interactive deck plans! HMMMM  but Starboard is where the outdoor smoking section usually is correct?

Usually,  but not on this ship. No outdoor eating area on starboard either.
