Nick Weir was talking about the new 270 show on Odyssey in CruiseCritic Live today. Absolutely amazing!! They put artists and fish in a tank they could rotate and filmed this for the rotating screens. They even had one scene with two small alligators...

Rumors are that the Ems river conveyance won´t be until March but that´s pretty close to the delivery as the first cruise should be April 2nd. So delivery is pretty likely March 31st and then 2 nights over to Southampton.

I agree.  If the Ems River conveyance is March 31 the first cruise will not be April 2.

The conveyance would have to be closer to the beginning of March to get sea trials done and hand over by the 31th

I said the delivery might be March 31st. If so the Ems river conveyance should be early March.

Conveyance is typically associated with a new or full moon needed to get the water depth required according this article when Quantum did the trip in 2014:

From the float out pictures it looks like the starboard side life boats were on but not the port side

I think that is super helpful! Not at all where they are on the interactive deck plans! HMMMM  but Starboard is where the outdoor smoking section usually is correct?

Usually,  but not on this ship. No outdoor eating area on starboard either.

Any thoughts on which would be less of an obstruction? Looking at 6222 starboard or 6620 port, trying to compare to the "hump" where the lifeboats are
