Hey Wilson!  Thanks again for the amazing review/vlog!  You never disappoint.  You have helped a lot of people by going off "the beaten path" like you always do.  You gave/give another perspective, rather than the same pics of the usual "touristy" spots.  As you can see, we all appreciate the time and effort and have enjoyed following you.

 

I wish you all the best and I am hoping someday I will be on the same cruise as you!  Party on!  🍹  Although, I may drop at noon if I tried to keep up with you with adult beverages and food.  LOL!  😲

Great review, I’ll be solo on Breakaway in May out of Miami. I decided to fly in a few days early so I can properly see Miami this time as it could be my last cruise out of there for a while. I’m looking at cruising from San Juan or New Orleans next time. How bad was the port setup at New Orleans, was it as bad when you were disembarking as it was at embarkation?

After about ten or eleven straight hours of moving, and laying down rugs, and hanging TVs on the wall, I finally got to enjoy the fruits of my labor... Actually, we celebrated with a nice bottle of vintage champagne before leaving for dinner. A very nice 1998... So, now we're back here at the same restaurant where it all started... Houston's on Peachtree street in Buckhead.

 

I didn't photograph the first margarita since we were at the bar, and it's sort of a fancy place. Once we were finally seated, we ordered another one, plus a spinach and artichoke dip...

After a long hard days work, I needed meat, so a whole rack of barbecue ribs was in order... Plus, of course another margarita.

Pretty soon, it was nothing but a pile of bones, snd obviously another couple of margaritas...

 

And, thus marks the beginning of the end of this grand adventure... I'm back at home, and my entire future is in question...  Hopefully I'll have something new booked soon. That's my plan for tomorrow, even though I should be looking for a new place to live... But, that's pretty much the way I roll.........

I am on page 12 of this blog, and it's 11:25 pm pst...should have been in bed at 10....looks like it's going to be a long night.  So glad I found this....I feel enriched, and I'm only half way through!  Am thinking of taking hubby on the Mardi Gras cruise in 2020 on this ship.
