We survived, my ankles not so much.  Might be a light night for me. 

 

Andrew i suffer from the same and quite often while asea a bout with gout will arise, have found eating strawberries or cherries to be helpful, so each morning i get a small bowl of sliced strawberries and with my dinner dessert i ask for a small bowl of sliced strawberries which all servers have provided when i asked.

Lastly my doc told me wearing flip-flops does not help the issues so i now were Keen Uneeks as they provide some support and are really comfortable meshed shoe that are made in many colors, not cheap but worth the comfort.

BTW great Live thread and great pics, thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks for all the great tips Scott. This sailing has been a bit more problematic for me, with the extra drinks. Straight water consumption has not been as much as normal. I also brought Epson salts so tonight I might be giving my dogs a soak, on top of the herbal anti-inflammation pills.

Hi Andrew- I think I saw you guys on your balcony the other day while we were playing mini golf... I waved hi but you prob didn’t recognize the stalker lol.  This has been an awesome cruise!  Chilling on the balcony watching the seas churning now- glad we saw Hiro the other night!

Everybody Loves Rays today was fun. Minutes from the Port by taxi.

 

First they gave us a safety demo on a stuffy and information about the Rays

 

 

We then went out and got to feed them, pet them and have photos taken with them. Obviously by them.😉. When that portion was done went out into a larger pen and swam with larger ones and two nurse sharks. 

 

I didn’t bring the GoPro as I though we wouldn’t be allowed to use it. I was wrong, we could have used it in the larger second pen. 

 

I did get these coup,e pics from the shore though. 

 

 

 

The barb that killed Steve Irwin was like this.  It’s no wonder he died rom complications of removing it on site VS at the hospital.

We headed back to Senior Frogs after a break and caught up with Rick. Senior Frogs was a blast. We returned back to the ship to do some small boat spotting.
