I just noticed in my cruise planner that the All Access Ship Tour had become available for my sailing on the Icon in March 2024! It says the duration is 3.5 hours. Is that consistent with the tour on other ships? The detailed description says, "Two-hour All Access tour: See what we do behind the scenes to make each part of your cruise experience enjoyable." I went ahead and booked it anyway.
