I plan to on Liberty due to $18 pkg, but your regular pkg gets charged around $10 per day. So thats close to $1 per drink

I tip per night.  $5 for a normal night, $10 for a better one.

 

Whether we each have 1 drink or a few.

No.

Most pubs sell food and I tip 10% of our total bill.

Most places when paying by card offer an opportunity to leave gratuity on bill but I always give our servers cash tips.

Lots of people just leave small change.

At least minimum wage £8.75 per hour around $11 per hour.
