Port of Amsterdam shows Ryndam on June 13, 20, 27 July 4, 11, 18 2021

7 day cruises, she won't be travelling too far!  Bergen, Oslo, Flaam, and the usual suspects.

Also, feel that 7 day cruises are tough on the crew getting used to a new ship.

There is currently one Ryndam sailing available to book on the HAL website.  August 2021 for 7 days.  I assume that more will become available shortly.

True, it's August 08-15, 2021, 7 night Norwegian Fjords from Amsterdam - same type of cruises which Nieuw Statendam offers in 2020, and partially in 2021.

Could they possibly be planning a British Isles cruise, out of Amsterdam?

People were booking Ryndam (I guess just the premier voyage) when we were on Koningsdam in October.

My PCC offered to let me book a deposit on the inaugural trip.  No room assignment, just pick the category.  I’m waiting for sailings out of Port Everglades.

I hope Captain Albert will write his blog again about the myriad details that go into a new ship. Enjoyed so much reading his day-by-day on Nieuw Stat.

He will probably be on the ship in the weeks before she sails.  I am sure he will blog as he did with the last two new ships.

For the inaugural Trans Atlantic cruise, will it be from Northern Europe or the Med.?

She's only listed in Gibraltar (Med port) the 25th of May 2021 (for sure her repo from Med to Northern Europe), and depending on the port schedules for 2021, she should be in Northern Europe until Oct 10, 2021 at least, returning from a 14 night Baltic cruise from/to Amsterdam.

IMHO she's likely to sail her first inaugural TA from Amsterdam, although I cannot say for sure.

Let's hope we know more in a few days or weeks!
