I'm wondering the same... just think of all the port personnel needed to disembark a ship... porters, customs agents, etc. Fairly certain they're not working on a Sunday night....
seagypsea Posted March 9, 2020 #127 Share Posted March 9, 2020 The Regal looks like it's doing donuts. You all might be spending the night on the ship. I think all the dock personnel have gone home.

And, if they are, just imagine the amount of overtime pay for those who work for the Cruise Agent's Company, the Union's for the stevedores. If the Federal employees are present: what additional compensation will these men and women receive?

They are getting in their own way and not following logical protocols. They were transferred at least a week before there was known to be a problem on the Grand.

bluehengal Posted March 9, 2020 #131 Share Posted March 9, 2020 We are supposed to be alongside at 10pm as of the latest announcement. The earliest we can get a pilot is one hour. We're just turning circles right now. 2

Maybe you should name them so we can avoid giving them business in the future! How do you know this is the case, hasn’t the ship just docked? How would they even know if a guest is from the regal, unless the hotel was booked via Princess. Edited March 9, 2020 by DebbieMacG

If they are acting like that for a cleared ship other cruiser should know who to avoid in the future.
