And in addition to everything going on involving the virus  there was a 5.7 quake this morning that shook the Salt Lake City area and closed the airport for a while.

If all the ships could do that it would be one heck of a beach party. Here in Tampa we now have 5 ships out at the anchorage including 3 Celebrity ships that normally sail from Port Everglades.

I see what you mean:

Brilliance OTS

Rhapsody OTS

Celebrity Infinity

Celebrity Summit

Celebrity Silhousette

Yeah there has also been  2 Carnival ships docked at Terminals 3 and 6 adjacent to Downtown Tampa in the Ybor Channel but as I just checked Marine Traffic found that the Carnival Paradise is currently outbound in the main shipping channel headed in the direction of the Skyway Bridge.  Norwegian Dawn is also docked over in the East Bay area in SE Tampa.

Veendam still listed for 9pm ET, (01.00 am Irish time) so I will not be here.

Really sad to end the sailaways so soon.

Silver Wind is listed for 8.00am departure on 20th March.

Sad to see PE still listing Nieuw Amsterdam as scheduled to arrive on 21st March along with Equinox, IoS, Carnival Sunrise and Caribbean Princess 😭

Yes, seems strange to have the Celebrity ships out there.  Dawn must have needed some work done dockside?  We are taking the ferry over Friday, which sadly may be our only cruise this year.

Thanks.

You may want to check on the Ferry for Friday. I might have heard it has stopped running.

They reduced the passenger load 50%.  Our friends tickets were canceled, so we are by ourselves.

OK. Still might want to keep a eye on it with the way things are changing so fast.

Sorry I missed her.  Is Veendam still 17:00?

I missed the sail away, also.   Was at my tax man figuring out my taxes.  Remember the words of John Marshall:   The Power to TAX is the power to DESTROY!
