Exactly.  Carnival is a long way from announcing a confirmed resumption of service.  I would say Royal/NCL are probably closer to something concrete with their joint comprehensive plan that will be submitted to the CDC, hopefully in September.

This isn't a carnival announcement of when they will restart cruising. Just a list of the first cruises they haven't cancelled yet. Carnival's CEO has come out and said that he doesn't know if they will be sailing at all in 2020 yet.
