I doubt my wine would be way up there.     I drink Fre Cabernet by Sutter Hill and it is very limited on the ship.  I'll let you all Google on this very Rare wine.

Bo -  I think it's also Vegan.

It is vegan and it needs to be right on the top shelf for you...

Cheers and bon voyage

I'm just grateful they have alcohol-free wine on Celebrity.  I asked for it in Yacht Club on MSC and they looked at me like I had two heads.

One of the Bartender's name was Komamge (sp).    The others were also a Philippine name that I could not understand when they told be.    Instead they agreed to a group Photo.

The bartenders are Janu, Inyoman, Bagus and there is a 4th bartender I forgot his name.

Not a problem.    When you were describing the folks you sea on other cruises I was trying to push out of my mind some of the things I've seen aboard.   Yesterday I saw a Lady get up wearing an American Flag String Bikini.    I will just describe it as a more than full figure woman and the strap in the rear was about 1/2" wide but invisible as it disappeared into the cracks...

I would have preferred she tie a Windsor Knot.

Yuk!!!!
I have seen the same thing over here with shall we say mature men who insist on wearing Union Jack speedos,,,,unfortunately they don’t have the fuller figure to fill them,,hence the back flapping about.

Always enjoy your blogs,,,unfortunately it has replaced a cruise on Silhouette that sailed on Saturday that I had to cancel for a health problem last Wednesday,,,,luckily it was within (just) the 48hrs cancellation policy,,,Celebrity even gave my a full refund rather than a FCC.

I chatted with the sales person earlier and the said they did not have air pods.    Most of the  inventory is pre-Covid and I think they are trying to burn it off.

Same when I sailed the EDGE.  Although, the sales person did say he had some M1 MacBook Airs in stock.  No recent gen Apple watches, nor iPads.

A couple years ago a number of Guests in retreat asked about it.    Before you knew it we drank every bottle on the ship.

That's really a shame.    With everyone having so much OBC the would be a hit.

I'll advise the shoreside concierge to tell them to stock up when she calls me!  The wonderful maitre d' Laurence introduced me to it several years ago.

We had a wonderful day in Curacao.

We selected a Country tour and were not disappointed.   The ship arrived and was cleared by local authorities on time.

As we were getting ready for our tour I was watching the group tours leaving the ship.   I sure couldn't see how they could have had social distancing.   I saw one group depart with what I counted as 40 pax and loaded onto a Tour Bus which might hold 45.

We were escorted to the tour operators who took us to meet our Tour Guide, Henry.  A truly great guide who used to be a flight attendant and is one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Even though we had a schedule he asked what would you really like to see.  We explained we wanted to see placed he would take a visiting friend instead of the stock items. He delivered.

Thanks for the information. We will have to find another way to spend all our OBC. I would think they would have a hard time selling off old Apple merchandise.

Enjoy the rest of your cruise as we enjoy following along.

Jim...that's the same thing I told the Apple sales person on board.  He concurred.  But, they have some sort of an agreement either with their distributor (they don't buy from Apple directly) that there's no stock rotation (new for old) in place.  They're also kind of hamstrung with pricing agreements, too.  To lower prices to move old inventory is an onerous process.

The good news, they are salaried personnel, and not on commission.  They have no impetus to sell anything.  It's more of an "educate the public" position.

The people I spoke to said most of their day was focused on helping people connect to WiFi with their Apple devices, or solving issues with MacBooks and iPads that the passengers question them about.
