I have the number to call but don't want to bother if a few days is normal waiting time FWIW, Princess is not always completely efficient in assigning the Shareholder Credit, though as others have said, when they get it right, it usually shows up very quickly, sometimes the same day. Earlier this year I submitted 3 requests, for trips in Feb 2022, October 2022 and Feb 2023. Two were immediately applied but the one for October 2022 was missed and is still not in our account. I always checked my booking on the Payments & Credits page of my particular booking. It always showed up there after a day or two. I emailed mine last Wednesday and still haven't received it. I’ve got it applied as far out as 2 years in advance & many other times long before 90 days. Years ago there was a 90 day limit but not since Princess began requiring payment for advanced tour reservations.
