How do you order Evian to your room?

This is our first cruise with RCI

From the cruise planner pre-cruise. They originally only had canned water of a different brand which is what I thought I was going to get, however, I got 12 1 liter bottles instead. I prefer this to carrying a case of water onboard. The cost was $11 - got it on sale.

I'm also on Jewel for this 5 night. Like @livingonthebeachsaid embarking was super easy. Not having any guests to kick off helps.

I also received a case of Evian water, I had purchased a 12 pack of cans. Having sailed other ships this year, this leads me to believe Jewel didn't exhaust their supply of bottled water (also got 5 bottles of the 16oz)

I'm back on Jewel March 1, too bad I can't leave some of these Evian here for that cruise.

I'm sailing solo and had dinner in the MDR. I was expecting to sit at a 2-top alone with my kindle. To my surprise I've been assigned an 8-top. There was only one couple at the table, 1st time cruisers too. They were so cute, and had so many questions.

I also noticed that there are no production shows this sailing. I wonder if the next sailing being a charter has anything to do with that.

My past 4 cruising this year have been on Oasis & Quantum class. It sure is nice to grab coffee in the DL and be able to see outside

Yes - deck 7. Windjammer still not fully self service yet. Only the drinks are serve yourself.

Is it an aft cabin?

We just booked 7172 & 7174 for a Norway cruise in June 2023. Would have preferred a higher deck but wanted the aft view of the fjords.

@livingonthebeachI think we were in the DL at the same time this morning. The ship in front of Harmony is Enchantment

Was that you? Yes I thought it was Freedom but the attendant told me it was Enchantment. So there are currently four ships here. Jewel, X Edge, Enchantment and Harmony. We (Jewel) have the best spot in the port. Yaaay!!!

Very pleasant “Funky Nassau” tour. We started out visiting the rum cake factory then the Queen’s Staircase followed by a jaunt to the rum distillery and the Junkanoo museum and finished at the fish fry. Nassau still has a ways to go recovering since I was last here in September of last year but quite an improvement since then.
