Freedom --Taking Water Onboard

I read that headline completely differently than it was intended. Glad I was wrong, but geez, my heart rate shot up for a second there!

ETA: Maybe it's because I'm currently watching an episode of Disasters at Sea! 🤔

This might sound stupid but do they have to be wrapped in a pre-packaged case or can they be separate bottles?

They can be separate, but be aware that they can open the bottles to check if there is liquor in them.  We always bring refillable bottles and fill them at the water stations on the ship.  They have excellent water on the ship!
