Bridge cams not refreshing

I have been having issues with the bridge cams for a couple of days.  I use Edge, but also tried Chrome and still cannot get an up to date view.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Surely you are not suggesting that there is an issue with Princess' IT systems...???

Oh no…problems with their IT…..not possible!  Appears that the bridge cam is now not functional and for how long who knows!    😢

The entire fleet is stuck on March 26, so it can't be an issue on any individual ship.  This has to be systemic or a decision made back in the home office.  Anyone have any insight?

Maybe they're trying to figure a way to charge for it?

Not just bridge cams. I have been having trouble looking at deck plans, too.

I've also noticed the issue with the deck plans, since at least late last week. I get a page saying there is technical difficulties.

These things take a little longer when you have IT departments in third-world countries. They often have different priorities  (like understanding English.)

Seems like a bigger issue...several other Carnival Corp lines' bridge cams are also down. 

Could they be having an internet issue onboard the ships?!?

But if you're onboard, you can see the bridge cam.  

 

This isn't generating revenue. It should be eliminated.

If you are a passenger, you can view the bridge cam in your stateroom.
