I don’t get it.  Who wants to waste their time going up to GS?  I would call from the cabin or do the crew chat.

We just got off Friday there were always extra drinks that were not ours ( we never went close to 15 but….. like i max out at 3 one day i had nine showing by 6 pm) i would have been long in bed if i drank all that, and like i said we had a crown grill charge

OK, once is enough - errors happen

 

again, not so much - ask to speak to a hotel manager and see what the problem is and why you have to waste cruise time doing this - you should get OBC for your troubles

If so, they are not verifying, who is actually ordering the drinks.  Not right.

We always check our account daily when we do not have the package.  We have always had charges that we did not do.  That said, I think that if you have a package, your account is probably getting charges from others.

 

We have a 17 day cruise coming up in 2025 and no package.  I will definitely check my account daily.

Yes. 

Crew Chat, Journeyview, checking folio, casino play, excursions, etc on the app have nothing to do with Ocean Now delivery/activation.

Even with the package we check daily because every so often some charge shows up

We were on the Royal in May and we were constantly getting charged for drinks. We both had Princess Plus, and didn’t go over our limit, so I am not sure what the problem was. All of the charges were removed, except for disembarkation morning when we were again charged for drinks. I hadn’t checked my account that morning because I didn’t even order a drink. I would love to know how that happens.

There is not an APP activation fee there is an oceans now fee, to activate the food and delivery part.

but when we messaged crew chat the didn’t really care, it was like oh you are not getting charged why worry

Sunday through Sunday would be an 8 day cruise

Charges in error are, and always have been, something that can happen. Before packages, before that app etc.  It's usually very easy to resolve by using the Crew Chat function in the app rather than standing in line at guest services.
