Preferred deck on Allure of the Seas

We love Deck 8 for Central Park.  You have the park itself, Trellis Bar for drinks, Park Cafe for Breakfast and Lunch quick grabs, and Vintages for a pre dinner glass of wine all without taking the stairs.  Our last Deck 8 cabin was boardwalk balcony which we enjoyed.  You have boardwalk and Aqua theater views as well as being able to see the ocen since Allure has not added the slides.

Doc - Our sailing date is May 13, 2024. We have always stayed on a lower deck, close to the main dining, gangway to get off the ship, and away from promenade/other late noise. Early gangway banging is ok, as we are up by 5am usually (no, we are really not that boring, lol).

Deck 17 was amazing for us last week for a first time cruise experience.   But sometimes it felt like a status symbol to press that level on elevators, there was this guy on one elevator ride who commented that "I can't go to that level anytime soon"

Deck 8 is our preferred.  Same level as Central Park, not too far up from the deck 5 promenade.  Quiet

We second that vote on Deck 8.  The cafe in central park [ie deck 8] sold specialty coffee which was a short walk to enjoy on our balcony.  We did not find specialty coffee on Symphony or Harmony in central park...just Allure.  But central park one our favorite places, tranquil, and a great first catch in the mornings; thusly deck 8 always what we shoot for on the mega ships [haven't been on Wonder or Oasis yet].  Nothing better than waking up with 'good' coffee on one's balcony watching flying fish skirt through the air or sea birds gliding along your bow.  The serenity is what cruisin' is all about IOO.

We’ve been on all Oasis class ships and Deck 6 is our favorite for sure…great walk ability to Boardwalk, Promenade, dining room, casino, shows, bars. We only used the elevator to go to pool area. 2nd favorite deck is deck 8. It’s beautiful walking through Central Park in the evening heading back to your room.

Deck 17 is very quiet (and expensive)

We love the crown loft suites.  Best location for us.  Next to Coastal Kitchen and suite lounge- one deck down to pool and buffet.  If not in a suite, cabins above and cabins below the best and near an elevator.  We like deck 9
