  1. They likely mean they are building 61 suites of various sizes/configurations - the ones which can't be modularized.
  2. No, if know for sure you'll be drinking more than 5 alcoholic drinks per day, buy it and then look for price drops (they may not happen on BF).
  3. RCI only interports between Rome and Barcelona (which don't stop in Lisbon) and besides, it would still be a downline embarkation request.
  4. Those will be canceled and refunded when he's a no show. Very unlikely RCI will let you embark downline - they discontinued that.
  5. If you really need 4 of you on at the same time for the whole cruise then buying pre cruise is the way to go. You can supplement with the free days you get as the D perk on board. If you only need it on sea days and can live with sharing, then you can fall back onto using the D perk on board only.
  6. RCI thinks that's what the market will bear, regardless of any individual value judgment.
  7. Very unlikely the space will be any smaller than the more recent installs. We have a few more months to confirm.
  8. That likely varies by ship/time but yes, some have been available somewhat recently.
  9. While unlikely close in, RCI has somewhat recently modified its cabin inventory management by holding back some through the selling cycle.
  10. No. On most ships, in most ports, most of the time the tendering "rush" is over in a couple of hours.
  11. Don't change your usual plans (use D+ days at the start for a couple of days and the remainder at the end) other than to buy the $10/day package from AT&T in the port(s) you think will really need it (when you don't have Voom on board).
  12. RCI still has refundable deposits (usually at a higher fare than the default NRD) or as mentioned, find a TA with group rates which are refundable.
  13. Cruisedeckplans is fairly accurate with its info and pics - you can confirm yourself. BTW, she didn't get the full AMP like some of her sisters - mostly just the slide added.
  14. A whole swath of deck 7 on Ovation is marked as obstructed leading to usually lower prices - don't ask why, just bank the savings. Also, folks' impression of the obstruction, even on deck six is about as subjective as the food in the MDR.
  15. RCI doesn't have uniformity across their Q class ships as to which are considered obstructed, so trying to figure why one is while another is not just leads to frustration.
  16. The ones with a davit in front of them are considered more obstructed than the ones with just the lifeboat.
  17. The app should list all the open venues - look at the current sailing.
  18. Assuming you looked on the UK site, look on the US site as well. If still available there, good chance the UK one will become available again or make arrangements to book via the US.
  19. The typical per person per port fee is like $20 - so that would go up to maybe $36.
  20. Yes, though don't expect the actual price to go down much, if any, for such a close in sailing. Whatever the price, it'll likely still be lower than on board.
  21. In the planner, yes, those purchases must be finalized 2+ days out.
  22. For some of that info, you can set the app to the 6/23 sailing on Freedom and assume Liberty will have very similar offerings.
  23. The app should list the operating hours (and any reservations needed) of all dining venues - look at the current sailing.
