  1. I believe it was a CS. I've never traveled in a regular cabin and only been in AQ 1 time and a SS 1 time. I believe the photos were on a TP on Millennium.
  2. Ahh.... I use my Priority Pass all the time. We mostly use FLL and they only have "facilities" at terminal 3 and 4. At those they have one Takeout only and one Bar. Nothing at Terminal 1 that United uses.
  3. Love the doors..... You have a great eye. When living in Dublin, Ireland, Iain bought me a book - Doors of Dublin. Dublin is amazing and it is common that every door is painted a bright color - I guess to make up for the grey skies. Thanks for your wonderful post. I have been enjoying it with my morning coffee.
  4. Thanks much for taking the time to post. Really curious --- How did Turkish Airline Lounge fall into the mix? Sorry if you already mentioned.
  5. Fantastic. That was one of our favorite cruises.
  6. Thanks for the post. From my experience the Mirroring capabilities were build around Android Devices and don't play well with Apple. I've had a hard time mirroring using my iPhone and iPad but I have a Androoid Phone and it seems to work ok. When on Apex they have a menu item on the main screen to Stream. Instead of all the button pushing you just select the item and it has instructions to connect. I was surprise to see that on Edge the option wasn't there.
  7. Personal opinion is the E-Class are huge, but lost the personality of the S-Class ships. The ship is noisy throughout and most of the Specialty Restaurants are open air with no walls. To me Prime Cut is a disaster and if seated near the Edge overlooking the Martini Bar it is almost impossible to talk over the noise - especially when they do their light show. Instead of Retreat lounge being small an intimate it has the feel of a LARGE Airport Lounges.
  8. I posted some pictures. There is a 220V, USB and 3 120V next to the bed. Also at the desk there are (I believer) 2 120V, 1 USB and 1 220V
  9. You can use unlimited devices on each account. All you do is either logoff on one and log on the other or Just log on from second device and it will ask if you want to knock the other one off the air.
  10. Not a good deal if from the U.S. About all we would save is sales tax 8-9% but could do much better buying old product even on Amazon. When living in Ireland I was always surprised at how much more expensive Apple and Dell product were and I was leasing half of my factory to Dell. They of course gave me a good deal...lol
  11. Top of the list are always Sagrada de Famila Park Guell Barcelona Zoo - which use to be famous for Snowflack an Albino Gorilla - unfortunately he died in November of 2003 from Skin Cancer. Still a really nice zoo. La Pedreara -Casa Mila Wandering down the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter
  12. Same here. Looks nice but so fare the size of the ships and passenger load are a deterrent to examine further at this time. We have gravitated to smaller ships like Oceania and SilverSea. Each has their advantages and disadvantages as we seek a better fit than the recent X experiences.
  13. Next up for us is Solstice in April - Sydney to HNL to Vancouver. Love the pictures... especially the ones of you. It is always nice to put a face with a Moniker.
  14. Can you resend the e-mail. I don't find it in my mail or spam. Unfortunately they get to keep the 9500 but if you used your Credit Card they may have coverage. I know my Sapphire Reserve covers cancellation for covered reasons. I leg break would qualify.
  15. Was on Silhouette last year and they had a good supply of iPads. Problem is they all were at least 1 to 2 generations old. The prices are Apple Retail price and they did not discount them due to age.
  16. I had posted all the new menus on my 11/25 Edge Live Post. It is far to long of a Live Post to go through. I also have photos of most of the items for Luminae. To see the menus - I would suggest go to the App and select your ship and a current cruise.
  17. Thanks much for your review. Enjoyed followign along. Hope you have a safe travel home.
  18. We did the Ponant cruise from Milwaukee to Toronto in September. Really enjoyed. We are moving from X and looking for alternatives. Ponant was our first non-Celebrity. Would consider them again based on destination and cost. We have friends that are big Ponant cruisers and we wanted to take a teaser cruise close to home before flying half way around the world and finding out we hated it. BTW - Ponant has a Loyalty Match program with most cruise lines and some hotels and they matched our Zenith Status to their next to highest level. We now have 2 cruises booked on Oceania and looking forward to our first cruise. I think Oceania is going to be a good fit.
  19. Suites can also dine in Blu or MDR on a space available basis.
  20. The revolution has been put on permanent hold. The first I've seen of any movement toward upgrading was on the recent Infinity when they Upgraded Michael's Club to Retreat and added additional seating to Luminae. They did however skip painting the hull blue. To my knowledge the only other change was replacement of some of the soft goods. To my knowledge she did not get the Retreat Sun Deck.
  21. John, Really enjoyed your post. Looking forward to your final review and finding out if you would consider MSC again. What's you're next cruise?
  22. I think the Pool Grill, OVC Opens at 11:00 -- Sushi on 5 at 12:00 Luminae at 11:45 Al Bacio 10:00 AM
  23. Not a Zenith Perk. I have received before but it is generally related to a B2B. We always request the Chardonnay to be swapped for bubbly and usually have both bottles left in the room. Personally the only difference we notice in a upper suite is the 2 bottles of premium booze and an upgraded bubbly.
  24. The cruise on Solstice out of Sydney is the same but we also have the Dateline coming into play. I also spoke with someone on the Edge TP out of Sydney and she indicated the Website Date was the correct date when they checked it about a week ago.
