  1. Yes. First is Luminae - I think they added the sofa seating and look like they squared off the curved area that use to be there. They were taken by Ade Roberts - he posted them on FB. He often has access to the ships while in Dry Dock or just out of dry dock. They are also on Instagram if you search Celebrity Infinity
  2. Or even on Edge - they were in dry dock and it was anticipated they were going to add a "Real" bar to Retreat - It didn't happen. On board they said there was still plans on adding it while in service - which makes no sense to me.
  3. You are correct... they upgraded Michael's Club to Retreat and added additional seating in Luminae. Very aggressive set of upgrades for a 2 week Dry Dock
  4. Thanks for all that are adding in. I looked at them once and after reading the fine print I moved on. Their advertisements sound so good BUT......
  5. Financials have been Positive Y/Y. Stock Price have been relatively flat since beginning of year - High 17.32 and Low of $16.33 (today).
  6. If you decide (or are permitted to purchase) make sure you read the fine print or search on CC. My understanding of reading the fine print is that you can not use them on an existing booking or for use onboard. They can only be used on new booking as part of the cruise fare.
  7. I didn't receive anything even and nothing in my Junk or Spam folders
  8. Upgrading your cabin should not trigger a loss of your deposit or $100 pp change fee. As long as you are upgrading to a cabin at least $1 more than your existing cabin. It is possible that you will loose a OBC if the current promotion is different than when you booked.
  9. It would be helpful to know if you are prior to or after final payment and length of cruise. Below are for Refundable - for NR depends on when you purchased. If before Final you can pay a fee to shift to antoher cruise for a fee I believe is $100 pp.
  10. On mine - I was extrapolating from the Excursion Screen - Both Pago Pago and Apia are showing as Day 10 - International Date Line. At least on excursions they are both listed but like you only shows International Date Line on Dinner Reservations.
  11. I have always received an email at 48 hours prior to departure with rejections. I can see how consistent Celebrity it.
  12. You are not alone. We purchased the unlimited package a number of times and really enjoyed it.
  13. We may need to call in to get the extra day of points. When I went the opposite direction I received an extra day of points. Having Said that - I have no problem making reservation. Choose the slot for International Date Line= Choose Pago Pago for same the first one - International Date Line for the Second. It is hard on ones mind when you have the same day twice. When I flew home from Sydney - I arrived before I left. Oops ... disregard possibly. This is for Solstice with two different stops Apia and Pago Pago with Pago Pago being on the other side of the date line.
  14. Celebrity will not require anything from your Doctor. They will be accommodating by just saying either that you don't drink or that you are in Recovery. I can't drink and always have a Premium Package as part of Suite Booking as well as a Zenith Perk. I've never explored the Zero-Proof package but just looking at it I don't see anything on it that you don't already have under the Premium. The only possible advantage might be that if in recovery you feel that it might be tempting then by all means call and get the Zero Proof. Not sure if you have also explored but they also have daily Friends of Bill W meetings. I've read a couple posts where they said attendance can be only a few to a fairly high number depending on cruise.
  15. Would recommend calling your TA or SilverSeas. I booked a cruise yesterday and had the same situation. The two rates for With air and without air (incidentally were the same price, which didn't make sense) and nothing for Port to Port. My agent contacted SilverSeas and they gave him a price for Port to Port and I booked. Worth a call the worst they can say is NO.
  16. Curious, if you are already booked and outside of final payment, are you able to call in and get the new deal or cancel and re-book?
  17. Nahhh... you need a drink. LOL Enjoy I'm sure you will have a wonderful time. I can't drink alcohol and always find plenty of things even though I have a drink package. In the OVC and Spa Cafe they have drink dispensers with Tropical Fruit, Ice Tea, Lemonade etc as well as about a dozen type of tea (herbal, green, black and English breakfast). They also have a filtered water dispenser. I do have to say I have to rely on al Bacio for coffee --- that stuff in the OVC burns a hole in my stomach.
  18. You are correct. I always receive the rejection 48 hours prior to cruise. At that point they have to lock the manifest for submission to homeland security. I once got a call the night before the cruise that they had given us a Gratis Upgrade to Penthouse due to someone coming down with Covid. They couldn't revise the manifest and we had to check in with our old room number but they gave us the key card for the Penthouse. It confused lots of things -- Our TV showed all 4 of us in the room and at dinner we were asked if the others in our room were joining us. .....
  19. I have alerts set up on my Credit Card for anything over a $xx amount. When a charge is authorized my watch and phone ping (text alert) and I see a charge was processed from Celebrity. That is usually my first alert. It sometimes take a little longer for the e-mail to be sent. Also the room immediately changes in the App.
  20. Pearl is the lowest Blue Chip level and I believe you achieve it achieving 1 point about $5 wagered in a slot or $10 in a table game.
  21. If in a suite the Retreat Host can have it fixed. Your butler can also have it fixed for you. Otherwise stop by Guest Relations or possible the Internet Cafe.
  22. Yes you can do it either using the app or the web. On the app when you get to the final payment window you have the option of charging to CC or further down the page it will show how much remaining OBC you have available. Just type the amount y want to use in the "Enter Amount to Redeem" Box and then hit enter.
  23. I believe this is in reference to the drinks available in the OVC. They have always been free to all guest and I can't see them changing. They have also always provided them for free in alll the dining rooms. If you choose a Cappuccino or Latte, bottled water etc there will be an up-charge.
