  1. Hi Clo - SilverSeas website is very similar to many others - OK I'm an IT nerd from Silicon Valley so kinda intuitive to me. First you would want to choose Find A Cruise - Under Where to Go - Select Asia that will narrow it down to Asia Cruises. You will probably then want to click the box - Available Cruises only. Many are Waitlist Only. Now you can browse quickly through them - I think there are around 6 pages. I found a couple April 2024 also some January 2025 March 2025 - To find these quickly select Month an year under Which Period. To see details choose yellow bar Details. You can also do a mock booking to see rooms available and the fares.
  2. In addition to the above - Room Service generally calls you butler to have them deliver. Even when mine sees me sneaking down first thing in the morning for a coffee asks why didn't you call me, I would be happy to get it for you.
  3. Surprised to hear that. Curious on what type of cabin you were traveling in. It may depend on the Butler. On Apex and Edge our Butler also handled the Iconic Suite and was very responsive. On one occasion he actually returned it same day.
  4. Curious, if you were in an upper suite, why didn't you call you Butler and ask for what you wanted. Even if you butler is off duty they have another covering.
  5. I think you should be ok if you have priority and/or do Walk Off. Walk Off usually start at 07:00 and Suites at 07:15. You didn't indicate what day of the week or if Schengen flight or Long Haul. BCN Website suggests - Check-In. You should allow plenty of time to check in but, in general, arrive at least three hours before long-haul and non-Schengen area flights and two hours in advance of domestic and Schengen area flights. At check-in, you will need your passport or national ID card and your booking reference or boarding pass.
  6. Good to hear. Since we are Zenith with free laundry really haven't dealt with the laundry issue in some time. Now that we are venturing out to other cruise lines it will be something we will have to learn to deal with.
  7. It is near fully sold out. I'm showing only one cabin remains (9233) It's been coming and going and when someone is looking out it the cruise disappears.
  8. I purchased both the Liter Bottle of Liquor (no longer offered) as well as wine. The are delivered by the Bar Service on Embarkation Day. Usually you get a knock on the door and they are there with your gift. The wine can be consumed either in your room or you can have it sent to any restaurant.
  9. yes they do. If you had them as a perk prior to the change you still have them.
  10. That is such a good treat for crew members. I'm sure they enjoy them.
  11. Unfortunately no. They don't allow stacking discounts. Either / Or
  12. Jeannette - I pulled up a chair and will be following along. So sorry to hear of your dog's poor health. We had a wonderful Golden and I got way to close to him. After I had to put him down I was never able to replace him. I'm sure you know how Golden's attach to one person. Since Iain was away all the time He was my absolute shadow. Thoughts are with you.
  13. One thing I will say is they were really accommodating and would get anything we wanted from MDR and Blu. Our waiter would normally bring all 3 menus the day before and if we saw something of interest he would have the protein sent to Luminae and they would prep it. I just have a feeling the size of the E-Class and the airport type Retreat Lounge isn't a fit for us. My next cruises are back on S-Class. So far since January we have booked only 1 Celebrity Cruise - 2 Oceania and 2 on Cunard. I think we will be using our Double Zenith "Free" Cruise as a credit against our November TA instead of booking another Celebrity. For us Celebrity changes has made Zenith Worthless and their prices are out of control - Example - Our Oceania Cruise November 2025 Oceania Vista - Owner Suite $24,000 for 11 night Med. We couldn't resist- It's 2,100 Sq Ft We paid about that for a CS on the Singapore to Sydney (then they dropped the price $9,000 after final payment, which somewhat irritated us).
  14. Did you read the just released news story - Carnival Magic hit the pier today in high winds and did significant damage to the Pier. They were forced out to sea and had to leave passengers ashore. They later docked at another close by pier and shuttled the passengers that wee ashore to the new pier. There are a number of videos showing up on YouTube.
  15. Ahh.. would have been fun to see you again. After spending 9 weeks on E-Class ships this year (including Edge) I think we are done with E-Class ships. May just have been the end of the world cruise but I'm pretty sure we will never sail Edge again. It also may just have been the Chef they had in Luminae on our cruise, but was the worst food prep we have ever had. Many dishes the protein was not even luke warm on the inside served on piping hot plates. Food was even better in the OV.
  16. Maybe you can duct tape the bag to prevent ripping - vacuum pack and then remove the vacuum pack once inside the bag. LOL BTW do they still use the paper bags or use the cloth ones like in suites.
  17. That's good information. I presumed that was the case and almost had a problem once - My certificate was not in my Agent's name and they really gave me a tough time transferring it to my agent. They did make a "Courtesy" exception.
  18. Glad you enjoyed it. We were going to book it once and one of the Retreat Host's we have known for years said don't bother. We looked at he a bit shocked. She said I use to do the tour and will give you a private tour. Off we went and what a treat. At the end she presented us with the Photo Book which had been signed by the Retreat Manager and the whole team. What a memory. Later we tried to find all the art work in the photo book.
  19. Wonder if it has to do with length of cruise Mine are showing (20% discount) 15.99 - Solstice 17 Night TP 19.99 - Solstice 11 Night Hawaii 19.99 - Silhouette 13 Night TA 18.99 - Equinox 15 Night TA
  20. David what are those things on the table? --- At first I thought they were a cookie but surely they wouldn' be putting them on the table. Then I thought they were coasters but there are 9 of them.
  21. They have dropped them and have also discontinued the roving photographers and photographers at the ports. Now the have a couple Green Screens set up and and you select a background if you purchase a picture. They do have really expensive photo shoot packages.
