  2. Everything you need to give time. Also depends on the quality of the food. Heavy sauces and spices taken more time to work.
  3. If I can this sailing coming up take pixs you should see the breads and baking they do now...
  4. Ditto Shipgeeks, Halifax is our favorite port in Canada next to Quebec. We also enjoy walking around Halifax. Seeing the Public Gardens to add to the list. We a Enjoy also walking the Harbor Walkway and having lunch at one of the many restaurants and seafood restaurants. Nova Scotia is known for it's cold water lobsters with so sweet meat. Our favorite seafood restaurant we like lunch is Salty's along the Harbor Walkway.
  5. Candied Ginger... Of course, during the rough times, locate yourselves in the midship part of the ship to maintain balance. Of course, I do carry medication in case that does help. Do accept riding it out...
  6. Polish also and never saw Polish offered on board. I don't think I should expect Polish on a UK vessel.
  7. QM2's in the restaurant not Buffet wasn't bad with smoke salmon plate. Asked for it toast was fine. Pretty good bakery department.
  8. We love to wander Bar Harbor, Halifax and Quebec on foot. Bar Harbor for Blueberry Food items.
  9. But start plain and add favorite at the moment.
  10. In July will be the 7 time we are going to NE/CA and Halifax and enjoy visiting. We enjoy investigating Halifax inner city and shore line.
  11. We enjoyed the QM2 last September 14 day NE/CANADA. Boston, Quebec, Halifax, Sept, Sagnauy....

  13. For convenience with locked property, high tension lights, security and return to your car after sailing, not bad for those that find it available.
  14. Glad it did happen during our 14 day cruise last September...That was 20 a day....
  15. My favorite Cunard Cocktail on board as far back as the QE2 in the Chart Room..

  17. My is close to yours. When on board, when I see the Longshore Men throw the first line off land. But when I see that gentle movement so lite to detect of the ship easing away from the Pier....The Adventure Truly Starting... "THERE'S NO TURNING BACK ".......
