Check with your hotel they may have a large bus type shuttle that you won't need a car seat with.
Private shuttles that will provide car seats.
Jiffy Jeff, South Florida Shuttles just to name a couple. However you will pay a premium price for these vs a hotel shuttle for just a short distance.
If you're a Costco member check out their prices and company options online.
Also have you just considered using a shuttle from your hotel? I'm assuming with a late arrival you opted to stay near MCO in the morning then go to PC.
Cruise Control picks up at some hotels among other companies.
Check the hours for the company you'll be using. Also if you're a Costco member check out rates/company offered for Cape Canaveral. These will also show you their hours. I would book based on those and their shuttle bus should be bringing cruisers who have just turned in their rental and will be using the shuttle so it can take you to their rental site.
Hmmm...I've never noticed them serving anything but breakfast and we were just there again May 25th. We'll be there again next March for a few days and will check it out.
Hmmm....Since you do have TSA...personally you should have taken the noon flight to ATL and get off the ship sooner than 8:30am. We have even used the shared shuttle (big signs easy to find just outside the terminal door) for our noon flight. It's $10.00pp and fills up quickly and we were easily at MIA long before our flight time.
That's a long wait at MIA for you but best of luck.
Hyatt Place. Next door to the Harbor shopping center with a Publix market, restaurants and shopping. Our favorite pre/post hotel great location and just a few minutes from FLL and the port.
Try booking (depending on your dates) using ValueTrips.
Sorry...That's too bad because they are "legit" and have great rates for the Hyatt Place.
Just offering a choice but obviously one you won't even consider.
Best of luck how/with whatever you decide.
Yes...That was a pricey ride. We opted for the shuttles that were out front of the POM terminal door. It was $10.00pp. It filled up quickly and we were at MIA in plenty of time for our 11:00am flight.
Guests requiring wheel chair assistance must leave their bags outside cabin night before.
You contact guest service a day or two before disembarkment to get time and place to meet. Usually it's between 7am-9am will vary by ship.
This info is from our last departure tip sheet.
Not sure of your dates but look at booking Hyatt Place with ValueTrips ...https://www.valuetrips.com/ great rates. We just stayed there again last month love the location.
Not the AARP gift cards but we often get RCI gift certificates from family and have found them easy to apply to the final balances of our RCI booked directly cruise. Doing so online with the certificate serial number and certification authorization code.

Check to see if your hotel offers a shuttle to Port Everglades. With those you won't need a car seat.
It seems a hit or miss if you can find Uber/Lyft that offers car seats.
