I'm pretty sure that new ships ARE exempt from the Prime annual complimentary cruise. I believe the ship must be at least 1 year old (not sure if that is sail date or booking date) to be eligible...but maybe something has changed...
mike45orlando Posted April 13, 2022 #4302 Share Posted April 13, 2022 That's what I was afraid of, oh well, we will see on April 25th as they say we can start booking then.

I think I found the technical answer to this question and found this other stuff as well. I don't know when this changed, but it looks updated to me. The Casino Benefits Grid shows benefits I don't recognize. The EFFY Boutique one caught my eye because on Symphony of the Seas last month, I learned that Royal Caribbean changed vendors for their onboard shops. As such, "Royal Caribbean's" (not really since it's a third party) relationship with Diamonds International is over, having been replaced by EFFY. Anyway, on there it lists the terms for the free cruise thusly: "Complimentary Cruise applies to select ships, not applicable to sailings longer than 7 nights, limited to one (1) per year and based on double occupancy." "Select ships" is certainly vague. 🙂 Edited April 13, 2022 by Daghis 2

I had thought about using my free Prime cruise for the President's Cruise, but that sailing was included in one of my offers. I booked it. Then I checked for air and was surprised to see those prices have doubled. I believe the free Prime Cruises are for any cruise up to 8 nights, so Wonder should be available. As posted above by Daghis, my understanding of the free annual tier cruises is that they are now limited to a maximum of 7 night sailings.

Yes, I just saw that when I was doing research on the free annual cruise. That is a new change. My points have been reset to zero on "clubroyaleoffers", but my free cruise for being Prime has not been posted yet. I do have 4 offers which range from $500 off select cruises to free oceanview or balcony cabins on select sailings. As I said earlier, I just booked one of my free offers for an interior cabin for the President's Cruise.

I saw that it was $2000 or more for "white tag" items. Then it goes on to say not available on best buys. Why would it have to say that additionally if it was only for white tag items. It almost reads as if the white tag items have the 2k requirement. I will check this Friday so that I understand it better.

RoperDK Posted April 19, 2022 #4318 Share Posted April 19, 2022 We just received our prime free cruise certificate. It is our first time as prime. The offer code is 22Tier3. There are no restrictions listed. I had figured that Wonder would be off the table and 8 day cruises would be a no no. It just states free interior room. I know you all are more experienced, so where do I find out about the fine print? I would hate to call Club Royale and wait on hold and waste their time just to find out any restrictions. TIA

RFerrington Posted April 19, 2022 #4321 Share Posted April 19, 2022 Although it was expected, I was still relieved to see mine and my husband's Prime comp show up on the website. Since we haven't cruised since Feb 2020, I am grateful that we have not fallen out of the program.

Rare JessyCruises Posted April 19, 2022 #4324 Share Posted April 19, 2022 I just talked to Club Royale. We can use the annual tier voucher for Wonder as long as the sailing is after 3/4/23 and before 3/31/23 and less is 7 days or less 2
sandebeach Posted April 20, 2022 #4325 Share Posted April 20, 2022 Looking at the new Benefits chart, nothing has changed for my tier (Signature). But Masters is Very Nice! It is like they get The Key benefits plus they get all-day access to Coastal Kitchen. Nice benefits!
