I am doing the Navigator on February 28th. Looking to see if there is an update from recent cruisers.

As of 1/16/16 - Jayeon in DL and Nadja in CL on Navigator

Sherry, Mario Reyes is leaving for vacation February 5th and will return on April 8th. His replacement is going to be Gamaliel from the DL.

Mario told me today that Gamaliel from the DL will be in the CL while he is on vacation.

For which ship? There is no Suite Concierge, per se, if you are referring to your upcoming cruise on Navigator. There is a Concierge Club on Deck 9 and a Diamond Club on Deck 14 each with it's own Concierge.

 

Updates to the spreadsheet can only be done when someone who is currently on board reports back.

No one has posted who the Concierge are in the Concierge Lounge or the Diamond Lounge. Keep checking.

Can anyone confirm if the spreadsheet is correct for Oasis? We had Allan and Israel back in April and are going back next month. They were fantastic. Anyone know if Allan will return?

The concierge may not be as high up on the pecking order as we think. They are one stripers working as part of the guest relations team. They often have to clear their requests with the Guest Services Manager. We know one former concierge who decided that working in future cruise sales would be better for them.

Oasis: Right now the two Suite Concierges are Nadia and Ian. A lady named Claudine is temporarily in the Diamond Club. Alan is due back soon, not sure exacty when, and I'm not sure which lounge he goes to. Nadia is going to Enchantment soon.

On the spreadsheet, it shows Karen Hernandez as Diamond Concierge on Rhapsody. I just had an email from a friend that told me she has moved to Serenade as the Loyalty Ambassador.

We loved them also and was wondering where they might be. We are on Allure in October and were hoping to see them.

Israel is not longer with RC and Allan messaged me that he still on vacation!

Not necessarily. Permanent Concierge means that she is no longer filling in for Ricardo. We'll have to see if she stays or transfers to Liberty. Any news on Ricardo?

 

Ricardo is currently on Jewel until middle of February when he will be transitioning into a different role with RCI.
