Quick math: Even at 2 points a night that's about 900 nights out of 1010.

The math shows that Super Mario probably spends the vast majority of his time at sea. Amazing.

Not sure how you define "no life", but with the internet, you can be "in touch" all of the time. He's obviously in a position in his life to be able to do this. Kudos to him! :)

 

I think I remember reading an article about him, and he spends a few days here and there on land to take care of his business affairs, and cruises the rest of the time.

We were on his 5,000 nights celebration cruise (and it was a huge celebration by RCI). I am almost positive it was August 2014.

We have not had the pleasure of sailing with Mario. Our cruise paths may cross one day.

 

He has mighty big shoes to fill.....we have just under 300 points, can't think of a better way to try and catch up....one cruise at a time!
