He's beautiful, but I really thought it would be more fun to having him facing the ocean like everything else on this ship  - the look on passengers' faces from other ships as they pulled into port would be priceless. Now they just will see the his backside and the Edge will be the butt of many jokes, I'm sure. :classic_wink:

Oh well, we've still got the polar bear facing the ocean...

I hope The Edge handles the rough weather well!

I just checked the closest reporting Buoy (about 50 miles away) and the measurement is 14 ft wave heights.  Hopefully Mr. Edge is well secured.  The ship is facing a 19 knot head wind so the head wind is about 38 knots or 45 mph.

Oh my, they may want to put him in the barn tonight!

Would need to visit the Martini Bar before I thought that that was a real polar bear .........................

The next thing you'll be telling me is  that there is such a thing as a talking horse ................................ of course, of course

That will definitely be a good test for the crew to see if they are as seaworthy as their ship!  Hang on, Mr. Edge!

The ship and interior design has cost millions and millions. The stars of the ship as she sails out on her first voyage  ..... a horse and a plastic polar bear.... you couldn't make it up.

OMG!! That was TOOO funny!  And true.....  :classic_laugh:

Found the horse. Don't know if it's the final resting place for it.

Maybe they'll move it after the crossing of the pond, when the ship is more stable. :classic_tongue:

GROOAN?

Sorry. Came up with that on the spur of the moment. Maybe I should rein it in.

Whoa Nelly!  You're having a hay day with these puns!!

I hate to say it, but I've stopped looking at the interior Edge pictures and am just skimming through looking for more wild life pictures. :classic_wink:

I think we should all meet by Mr. Edge for our Roll Call Meet and Greets for a group picture. That could be a rite of passage for every Edge cruise. I know I am headed there for a selfie with him when I board and then I'm headed out to find that polar bear - I think I've figured out which cabin he's staying in...

Well, we Edgies are, after all, a unique & imaginative lot😉 Personally, I think the stars of the ship are Edge herself, her designers, the artists who created her art, and her crew who are sailing her across the Atlantic on her shakedown voyage. Special kudos to the crew members posting amusing photos with the art, and those who escorted the polar bear aboard😁

Great video and screen grabs, Tall-Cruiser. Many thanks to you and Jacques Quintana!

You are welcome. It's cool that we can find stuff and share here with our CC family. Sometimes every photo you learn something and it may tell a story to two.

We still haven't seen everything and I'm still in ahh as to how great she looks inside and outside.

I just realized that we will be on the second TA, but the first with passengers...no worries, as "we" will be together for all the fun!
