I suspect the polar bear is an a mystery reviewer (akin to a “secret shopper”) so the crew should probably ply him (her?) with frosty cocktails and pickled herring😉 I shall look for the review, perhaps titled, “A Polar Bear’s Life on the Edge, with photos”😁

What makes you think it's someone dressed up and not the real thing. After tasting that brownie from the VW Van and getting "full relaxation"  anything is possible .
