going to miss these type of pics when NCL switches to another builder when the 4th and last ship on the Breakaway+ contract is delivered in 2019/2020.

 

CC user Lloyd555 has some source(s) within Fincantieri shipyard I think, he gets excellent pics (see his Celebrity Edge thread for example), so maybe we are in for a treat with project Leonardo!

Meyer is very strict about workers taking photos of their ships under construction, lucky for us we had the EU Bliss website for early bird access the deckplans. ;)

Don't worry. There are pics/videos of ships in progress at Fincantieri. There are even interior shots taken by some of the staff that get "leaked". Shots of the actual staterooms are hard to come by (staterooms are intentionally locked) but atrium, pools, hallways, etc. find their way to the public.

Having just disembarked from the Harmony, I'll agree with you on the RC pools (albeit on a different class ship). But man oh man, did I ever miss the ocean while on that ship.

 

Give me the Waterfront, the Observation Lounge(s), and all those public areas with big glass windows looking outward for an itinerary like Alaska.

 

And the DBH... best "brew with a view" at sea, not even close.

The Waterfront and being close to the ocean is what is keeping me on NCL for now. Every other ship I looked at just didn't do it for me...

The ocean is my favorite part!! Haven't tried RCCL's Mega-ships yet. Maybe I shouldn't, lol!!!

Y'all convinced me!! I'm staying on NCL!!! I am diamond on RCCL but never cruised on their mega-ships. I've been on all of NCL's big ones and always saw the ocean...lol...a lot!!

I would like to know also. I have deck 12 booked for an aft-facing balcony. I booked it because all the other big ships had it as one of the bigger balcony decks. We'll see![emoji849]

We were on deck 9 aft (corner, though depth applies to all) on both the Breakaway and Escape. I think it was the best deck on both of those ships (better on the Breakaway as I recall). Not sure if that carries over to the Bliss or not.
