tjcletsgo Posted July 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2017 From my TA, does anyone know what that is? Thanks!
neverbeenhere Posted July 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Travel Professionals frequently include a coupon book. To get specifics, it is best to ask them what is included.

Ron the Rev Posted July 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Just another piece of Princess waste paper along with their flyers for art auctions, spar treatments etc. Your waste bin soon fills up.
floridalover5623 Posted July 20, 2017 #5 Share Posted July 20, 2017 You can find dozens of them in the cabin stewards trash bag if you need more. :)
Pam in CA Posted July 20, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Most of the coupons are useless unless you buy very expensive items. I think there's a coupon for 10% off in a ship's store.
Rare cruisequeen4ever Posted July 20, 2017 #7 Share Posted July 20, 2017 I like the slot tournament BOGO and the free bottle of wine at a specialty restaurant. Other than those, they're mainly useless discounts you can get without the coupon anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
partybarbie Posted July 20, 2017 #8 Share Posted July 20, 2017 The books from the Travel Agent are slightly better than the ones that just go out to all of the staterooms. We have used the one that was for the free bottle 1/2 bottle of wine in the specialty restaurants. There's also a coupon for buy a glass of wine in the Princess Theater and get a free glass. You might find one or two coupons that will interest you.

caribill Posted July 21, 2017 #11 Share Posted July 21, 2017 Sometimes you need to prop open your cabin door to get a good Internet signal inside your cabin. These discount booklets are perfect for propping the door to the hallway open a little.

culvercitycruiser Posted May 11, 2018 #13 Share Posted May 11, 2018 Here is a sample of what you get... https://book.princess.com/pdf/onesource/pc/PC_2018_ShipwideSavingsBookletSample_12_2017.pdf They are correct, mostly garbage to get you to buy more garbage. skynight Posted May 11, 2018 #15 Share Posted May 11, 2018 From my TA, does anyone know what that is? Thanks! When you board look through the book page for page. We received books this past winter. Inside was a BOGO coupon for a specialty restaurant on boarding day. We didn't look through it on boarding day so we missed the promo, but since we were on a b2b we were able to take advantage on turnaround day. Also in the booklet was a coupon for a free bottle of Pellegrino water in the restaurant. Most of the other stuff was not very useful.

Thrak Posted May 11, 2018 #17 Share Posted May 11, 2018 I look at them. One time there was a BOGO offer for Skywalker's between 10:00 and 11:00 PM. It was a one time coupon but I did use it. There is also a 10% off in the duty free booze shop if you buy two bottles but they don't really need the coupon as they scan one they have there in the store anyway. caribill Posted May 12, 2018 #20 Share Posted May 12, 2018 I might use the BOGO specialty restaurant and also the $150 OBC for FCD - This is the most worthless coupon of all. Anybody, with or without the coupon, can purchase an FCD and get (up to) $150 on that next cruise. By the way, $150 is if you book a suite for 17 days or more. A five-day cruise in an inside cabin is good for $15.

Coupons or not I just enjoy cruising and no one can take that away! Good day mate!
MCC retired Posted May 12, 2018 #22 Share Posted May 12, 2018 If you received the TA Coupon Book in your cabin , open it immediately . It has a BoGo Coupon for a Specialty Restaurant that can only be used on the 1st night . The other Coupon Book, that everyone seems to get ,does not have this coupon. triple7tahoe Posted July 7, 2018 #24 Share Posted July 7, 2018 I am showing my age but many years ago there was a coupon for BOGO on coffee cards. Kept us stocked for many cruises-I think we finally used the last one a couple of years ago.

On embarkation day, we dined in Sabatini's for half price and also used the coupon for the free Pellegrino. I also used the coupon for the slot tournament. Unfortunately, I didn't win, but it was fun playing.
