Who lost something in cabin 15014 on the Seaside prior to November 3rd 2018. If you are the Person or you know someone who did loose something, I am in contact with MSC customer Service. They know my E-Mail.

Wow.  Too difficult to read!

What does this quote say, it is impossible to read.

One time we found a tiny box in the safe.  We turned it into our concierges (HAL).  They contacted Seattle who were able to contact the people who had been in our cabin on the cruise before us.

You should not have kept the items but turned them into the front office.  Very, very few people who cruise belong to CC -- maybe 1%.

To answer to all of you. I am in contact with MSC customer Service. They have my E-Mail. I also did post this on MSC boards. I also talked with MSC athorities in person.

Still, why did you keep <whatever> rather than turn it in, perhaps to Security if you didn't somehow trust front office staff?

Post this on the MSC Seaside Roll Call prior to your cruise.

Agree with the other posters that you were wrong to keep this item and not turn it over to Guest Relations or Security. It's unlikely that the rightful owners of the item will see this thread. Hopefully they will contact MSC, and then have to go through some convoluted route to retrieve their item from wherever you are.

There are a couple of real bad reasons that people take the same approach your are taking.  I'm not saying it applies to you but you should be aware that your approach is not the best, even though your intentions may be.

And why did you not turn over the lost item when you talked to the MSC authorities in person?

That's what should have happened.

One possible reason:  if you post like this on CC you can tell yourself that you TRIED to return it.  So, if no one shows up to claim the lost object you can tell yourself that it is OK to keep it - because, after all, you TRIED to return it.

It’a sort of like the ethical gymnastics people engage in when they say that they only smuggle whiskey on board because the ship doesn’t carry Old Whatever - which is the only blend they can drink.

Not making any accusations, but if someone REALLY wanted to return a valuable lost object they found, they would make a REAL effort.

Reason #2 -- person is holding someone else's property hoping for a reward.

Sorry, but both reasons are called stealing.

I'm not accusing the Op of anything.  If something of value, the owner will contact the cruise line.  OP says cruise line is fully aware.
