My cruise personalizer shows late traditional which is correct, but the info under my journey shows anytime dinning which is incorrect. That leads to another question, with traditional dining ones cruise card would show which dining room and which table you had been assigned to. How is this done with the medallion cruises? My CP shows a confirmed traditional dining assignment but like you “My Journeys” shows “Any” so it’s apparently another MedallionClass glitch which is on all 3 of our future MC cruises. 🙄 On our MedallionClass cruise our dining room & table assignment were on a card in our cabin. Thanks. I guess I’ll need to remember to take that card with me the first few nights. If not, I’d try to remember it, stop off at Vines for a pre dinner glass of wine and then have it slip my mind completely. At least with the old cruise card, I could simply take a quick glance at it, as we approached the MDR -and hopefully the right one! Once you have filled in all the information in the section titled "Guest Check-In", you are finished. See quote in blue from the Guest Check-In page. I know one of the big questions asked if when the medallion sailings get added to the Ocean ready app. It appears for now that it's somewhere around the 60 day mark. Mine have been added on their own without having to add them myself. Another question I have been seeing posted here with frequency is when when the medallion be mailed. It appears for now that Princess is mailing them out so cruisers receive them around 2 weeks prior. I know when you order the email received does say 2-4 week however. Also see people questioning whether or not you need your cell phone all the time to use the medallion. Without carrying your cell phone, it does work for opening your door, charging at any venue like stores, bars and speciality restaurants as well as using in the casino. You can also use the large screens that are around the ship to locate those in your party and other things. Perhaps other posters can share their latest experiences with it. Have you ever had you CC # stolen, ever had your ID stolen? Don't tell me this can't happen. This info is highly valuable and can be easily be scraped from these companies. Are you sure your soda purchase or your jewelry purchase is going to be safe on a ship with doubtful wi-fi connection? It's your guess. Big brother is all around. You can choose to cruise with Princess who is using the medallion or go elsewhere. If you are that worried about Princess, or other companies having all your personal data; well this is the 21st century and companies have access to all your data. If you have been to the doctor, hospital, movies, amazon, bank; they all have your data and information. They have your personal information or else you don't sail. You need the medallion or your card to make any purchases onboard. even during pre-medallion times, so your arguments are not very valid. Filled out personalizer and everything in ocean medallion app. Everything was confirmed received email stating it was completed and will be mailing medallion. Looked at app today and it says can not start ocean ready and if it does the final step, selecting medallion etc is incomplete now. Everything was fine yesterday. Next day you open app and it says incomplete without green checkmarks.
