Also helpful would be how many sea days because Unlimited Dining includes lunch on sea days. I look forward to seeing answers as I'm new to this and looking for info as other are as well. Thank you 🙂 Upcoming Allure transatlantic 2020 is $336.00 pp. 14 nights with 9 sea days. $14.60 per meal. + 18% service charge. Not on sale now but may be on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. This was in todays cruise planner. Last cruise on Symphony we had a BOGO, a 3 night, a 5 night, and one thrown in by the TA. 11 specialty dinners was starting to feel to repetitive, a UDP would be to much for us. dswallow Posted July 6, 2019 #28 Share Posted July 6, 2019 Cheapest I've seen is $22/night, though I've seen it incorrectly advertised once claiming $20/day, but it was still $22/day when you put it in the cart.

I paid $24.80 AU p/day for a 9 night cruise, which works out approx $17 US p/day, thanks to the black Friday sales last year. This is for a December sailing. Rare countess5 Posted July 7, 2019 #31 Share Posted July 7, 2019 We have always paid $175 PP for a 7 day cruise, but now it really isn’t about the price it is about availability, we will be on the Anniversary/Presidents cruise in November and when we went to book the UDP it was “sold out”. The three night and separate specialty restaurants were available so it was not about availability. When my TA called about it she was told they sold out of “that price” dining. We are sailing on a B2B again on Symphony in January, Went to book UDP on the January 18th cruise and only Jamies showing, but on the 25th cruising was able to buy the UDP for $175 PP. RCC needs to get it together with UDP! Cheers!

Thank you 🙂 If you are looking at a specific ship/sailing then I think you could get more direct answers as not every ship is going to have the same pricing/sales nor do they have the same exact restaurants on board. Here is a link that was provided on this forum back in April which will give you an idea. The UDP pricing is also on there. https://secure.viewer.zmags.com/publication/57dbd3a8#/57dbd3a8/7

Based on this we got a teeny tiny discount, 4 night cruise (one sea day) coming up later this year on an "All Other Ships" ship and we paid $99 each, $24.75/day. You also have to count sea day lunches. We had 9 sea days on our transatlantic which brought the cost per meal to under $15.00. We ended up with a BOGO, a 3 night and a 5 night package and one thrown in by our TA. Just the right amount of specialty for us. The UDP would of been 23 meals. gbcruise Posted July 7, 2019 #35 Share Posted July 7, 2019 One month ago we purchased a 14 day package for Rhapsody TA sailing this coming November. It includes 9 sea day lunches and the 14 evening dinners. Cost then and today is $279.00 per person with gratuity. That equals $12.13 per meal providing we eat every meal in specialty dining, which we will probably not.
Carolina Girl 99 Posted July 8, 2019 #36 Share Posted July 8, 2019 I have a 4 day on Mariner booked for Feb 2020 and it switches between $116 and $99 which seems a bit high for a short cruise

I have a similar Mariner cruise and got the $99 which I assume is about standard price. $116 looks to be above advertised price on the link a few posts above. The UDP dropped from $199pp to $175 (7 nights). We probably WILL dine in the specialties most nights unless the menu at Coastal Kitchen looks good. And I'm not above ordering a sushi roll to go and enjoying it as my cocktail hour hors d'ouevre instead of the the usual CL offerings. 🙂 The least we've paid was $129pp on a 7-night cruise on Vision earlier this year. We used it every night except for one night at the Chef's Table, and at lunch on the three sea days.
AnnaNicole Posted July 9, 2019 #39 Share Posted July 9, 2019 (edited) For my August 2019 - 9 night Anthem cruise, the lowest price for UDP is $225. Most of the time, it lists at $249. It is a lot higher than what others have posted for their cruises. I got 3 night dining for $89. I have only seen it listed at $99 since I bought it a couple of months ago. karmacats Posted July 20, 2019 #42 Share Posted July 20, 2019 Last black friday/cyber monday sale (i can't remember which), we purchased the UDP for a 5 nighter on Grandeur this sept for $90 pp. It's the Bermuda itinerary that also includes 4 lunches in specialties, so 9 meals for $90. Grandeur only has 3 specialty restaurants, but for such a short cruise, we shouldn't get tired of them. Even if we decide to do only dinners, it's about $18 per dinner - not too shabby. : )

Richst48 Posted July 20, 2019 #46 Share Posted July 20, 2019 Does anyone know if it includes the extras you can add on like in Chops, adding a lobster tail, etc. Also, I haven’t seen anything since it only talks about lunch and dinner, does it include the $7.95 room service charge?
