We purchased the 12 bottle wine package on the first day from the person trying to sell us the wine tasting. We have the gold package which allows us 12 bottles for $336 plus 18% tip. We can pick any bottle up to a value of $45. If more, we pay the difference. They give you a card with 12 punches. You must have this card with you. For all the electronic updates, it seems like they could update this too! All the wines we have had so far have be great!

Thanks 1stCruiser

Were there options for less than 12 bottles? Do you know the costs?

Salute to Broadway and totally worth it

Go to Crooners if you want music ... they still have it but sometimes it's really REALLY old but not classical ..... like 50s or 60s

With as many Elite cruisers onboard it is entirely possible they have seen Salute to Broadway several times and hence the empty seats at the 9:15 show. Our experience has been that although the name of  the shows might not change the content does and we always check out the shows even though we have seen them all.

True but sometimes we just go because there's nothing else going on at that particular time.

Bit of a disaster with the Tenders, sorry Water Shuttles, today. Between 7am and 9am only 100 pax wanted to get off. At 10am 1000 want to get off. Still sitting in the dining room an hour later waiting to be called. Shore excursions are also going off at this time as well,  so think it'll be a good while before we go. They have just called 870, we are 1180!! 6 boats working at 100 each. They really did need to let us all know the time of the shore excursions, another case of not having enough information.

Simone is working very hard to placate everyone but some pax are understandably upset, but a couple should have been put in the brig!! They were so rude, swearing etc!

We witnessed one man who claimed to know maritime law, giving Andrew a very hard time because he felt that they should have been using more tenders. Andrew had to explain to him that the other tenders needed to stay put, in case they were needed as life boats. That shut him up pretty quickly. Well done Andrew!

No issue getting off at 9:00 as Fiwells stated. Shops opened early + shuttle to Cliff Walk was also running. Shuttle is $2 each way payable to driver, it's a 3.5 mile walk (apx 5k)

I was thinking you had that info ahead of boarding - that was my question..

I do know that the info is available onboard - we just disembarked from the Star Princess from Alaska and were invited to the MT party - it was lovely.....maybe we will be invited to the one on this next trip....we shall see.

thanks...

semi-hijack .. by your profile pick - I know your 'dopplegangers' - or is that really y'all PJ ?

CB only has 6 tenders.  All the other craft are lifeboats.  Sounds like the “maritime law expert” isn’t a maritime expert lol...

There were hardly any empty seats at the 9:15pm show. We got there almost a half hour before the start and it was pretty full. By showtime, there were people standing.

We got our Elite lounge invites today. We spoke to the CC person who was imho rather rude and dismissively said that it was a minor issue that we hadnt been informed, it wasn't her problem, it was our room stewards!!

Possibly one of the worse customer relations experience I've had. No apology, made to feel like it was our problem, when all we did was inform her what had happened.

Anyone else had problems with her??

I agree. We have been on CB beginning with the Western Caribbean b2b with this one. Of our 20 years with Princess third time on CB this team is missing in many areas. Dinner times, tenders and Fresh Market table service. It is like “The Gang That Can’t Shoot Streight” Nothing is in sink. We see what is next. In Boston Also seems like no Smart Casual. Many many shorts and baseball hats in the dinning rooms. The 70’s plus folks should know better. Yes I am in this age category but I follow the general guidelines. Sad for us believers.

She was the same way with us, in fact she went into her office and shut the door. She too blamed our steward. We also tried to find out why our future cruise deposits had not been processed after 4 days. Her assistant finally admitted that their system was down. Our deposits were finally processed today.

Curmudgeon on! Kids are a bit out of control-saw a few running around the "buffet" tonite, no parental supervision, and, a couple barefoot.  Perhaps the parents need supervision? DW is ready to teach these kids what it's like to have an adult as a  parent!

It sounds like there are enough issues that it is time to contact the Guest Services Director.

Who is the Circle Hostess? Who is the Future Cruise person? From the above posts sounds like the same person but that usually isn't the case. We will be on board in a little over two weeks from now. Buying Future Cruise Credits, I usually order them on line when on board rather than go speak to the person. Someone posted above that didn't work either. Is the person just inefficient?
