General Terms: Power Up Points can be earned for various non-sailing activities such as sharing your preferences, participating in social media activities and making bookings. Opportunities to earn Power Up Points will be emailed to eligible members.
Power Up Points convert to Club points at a ratio of 10 Power Up Points to 1 Club Point. All Power Up Points earned in a calendar month will be converted to Club Points and added to a participating member’s Club Point balance within 14 days of month’s end. Club Points converted from Power Up Points in a given month will be rounded up to the nearest whole Club Point. For example, a member that earns 50.5 Power Up Points in January, will have 6 Club Points added to their balance by February 14th. If you don’t see your Power Up Points by the 14th of the following month, email CelebrityEngagementCenter@celebrity.com for assistance. Point discrepancies must be submitted within 1 year of the activity date. Point discrepancies older than 1 year will not be reviewed or accepted.  
All terms and conditions of a Power Up Points activity must be met to be eligible to receive the associated Power Up Points. Eligible members may participate once per activity.

I'm sure Celebrity knows what's going on here and doesn't care that we share answers.  I think their aim is to keep people engaged with Celebrity.  Their marketing people probably already figured out that those of us who bother with the PUPs will think of Celebrity first when looking for a cruise.

Yes, I think they recently added this capability. Sign into you account, select 'My Tier and Points' at top right drop down from your name. A bit lower on the page is Points History.

Even though we didn't participate in a few PUP points activities in the past 2 years, the PUPs we did earn helped us reach Elite for our cruise this May.   We're thankful for that.  We're really happy that Celebrity started this PUP program.
