Rare BirdTravels Posted June 12, 2021 Author #83 Share Posted June 12, 2021 This week, the checkin area was only using 1/2 the ballroom (the other half was a holding area until you passed (or failed your COVID test). For the first groups, there was a clap-out for each person getting their negative test results and allowed to exit to the shuttles. Check in was fast and efficient. The ship has been outfitted with a facial recognition system (especially in dining rooms and show venues.) The system monitors close contact between anyone and will be used to contact trace in the event of an outbreak. Big Brother is always watching.
