Cozumel… in order to exit the compound you have to walk around the shops.  The last time we were here in November this port was not open, we had to walk all the way from the other port where Royal docks!

I always pick up a big bottle of Vanilla extract when in Cozumel.....it is the BEST!

Walking towards the central plaza (pretty much a good place to go to in any port if you are touring on your own and the neighborhood is safe enough). It’s raining on and off today.  So glad we did not book an excursion on our own today!!!

Finally made it to our cafe in Cozumel.  It’s small it’s cozy and I love to watch the fellow cruises walking by.  The prices listed are in pesos!!!

If you are doing a longer cruise the Maitre'd often will advise that if you want something special just ask him a day in advance and they will have it prepared for you.   I also swap it up by ordering from MDR menu (when available) , Children's Menu

 

To best determine your Eden visit  you can look on the App Menu and it is usually pretty accurate on the Current and next cruise.

I don’t believe they change the Eden menu on the APEX.  I think it is the same until they update the entire menu.

I like the exchange rate posted on the one store, it is actually close to what it is 20.37 Pesos to the US dollar. I have seen more than once where they cut that exchange rate greatly. 

 

Bought my most expensive Hard Rock hat at the store off the other port, $40+! 😩. But had to have it! 😜

Thanks BennyBrun for the photos!  But my first thought when I saw this was that I wish he had a mask on!  I probably would not drink this coffee!😀
