We've been cruising for over 20 years. Three weeks ago I was looking at a cruise to Mexico. We booked a balcony cabin on deck 10, mid aft for $309.00 per person on the Majestic leaving March 5th! I couldn't believe what a great deal we got! I am so happy to be cruising again and I can't wait to sit in the sun, drink a foo foo drink and relax.

Princess is dumping down the price on Mexican Riviera cruise. They’re killing other cruise lines, especially Carnival Panorama.

I took this amazing deal 3 weeks ago. It’s a wonderful cruise. They’re cutting back on the buffet but I think the food in MDR was very good. You can see the review here.

Have you been on the Majestic before? We haven't but I am looking forward to March 5th.

We haven't, and are really excited! Got a great deal on EZ Air too! We've also heard they've been offering great prices to stay on 😍

Debatable. I am constantly getting $200 or less pp balcony cruise deal on Carnival Panorama out to April. Not a balcony guarantee either.

I have never seen a 3 digit fare to Hawaii that low.  The lowest I every found/bought was $999/interior.  With OBC, I was able to chop off a few more hundred (net).   Any one that can get a deal for around $300 for a week or more is very lucky.

We just booked the April 11, 5 day from San Francisco for $256 per person (insides). It was cheaper to book 2 rooms, than to share a room. $256 each or $512 for 2 rooms vs $954 to share. And we each got $100 on board from princess plus $25 from an online TA. We would have gotten $50 on board each for sharing a room. Complete no brainer.

This cruise takes me to elite.  Only needed 1 cruise credit,  but I'll take 2. So hubs and my Sept cruise, we'll have free laundry!  WOOT!

Yes, we were pretty shocked at the fare.  Actually, there were numerous fares just as good we could have booked, like a 5-day Caribbean for $49, a couple hundred for Panama Canal, and quite a few others.  We were tempted but since we live in Cleveland, all of them require a flight so we decided on just this one.

We've been wanting to get to Hawaii, two we previously booked were cancelled due to Covid.  Since it's 5° here this morning, I'm really looking forward to it!

Were these casino offers?  I'd have loved to have those kinds of fares, but did get in on the $79 one.

Pretty darn happy with that!

Great for you!

Didn't seem to be.  They showed up only in my husband's account though; mine showed regular fares.  They just appeared when we searched cruises under his account, and only on certain sailings.   The fare stayed like that for a while, a couple of weeks maybe.  Others posted about getting unbelievable fares at that time as well, so we figured it was just Princess' way of filling cabins.  All the really cheap fares were for this spring, March and April mostly.  Maybe they were considered Drop & Go.

I've seen posts where people get a special casino offer for a free or heavily discounted cabin, but it wasn't anything like that.  We just booked it like normal.

Was that a casino deal? direct w/Princess? TA?

What a GREAT deal!! That's like sailing for free.

Direct with Princess, not a casino deal.  We did involve our pvp to ask her to extend the courtesy hold from 1 day to 5 days so we could check on a few things before completing the booking.  But she wasn't involved in getting the low fare itself.  It just showed up when we searched cruises and we put a hold on it at first, then completed the booking a few days later.
