I know RC converted the diamond lounge into a casino.  Now that she is going to be back in America, does anyone know what they are doing to create a Diamond Lounge?

The ship is on its way to Alaska, they will make changes on the way.  I would expect the Diamond lounge to be where it was and the golden room gone.  The ship left Singapore April 11 and is expect to stop in Korea on April 18.

With the drink vouchers, we avoid the D Lounge. No value to us.

I use it for a few Lattes a day.  No need to use my drink vouchers for that.

 

We're on in 2 months, I hope they bring it back somewhere

Could you imagine no DL and D+ banned from the CL?  😱

Now that we get vouchers I hardly went to the DL on my last couple of sailings other than the free lattes or cappuccino's from the machine.

Quantum will feature again a Diamond Lounge the venue will be converted back from the Casino space. When Ovation was still sailing part of the year in China and the other part in Australia the venue was also serving as Diamond Lounge when based in Australia and as VIP casino when in China.

 

Anyway as mentioned above, now with the vouchers there are really much better venues to be used to enjoy the drinks. Only benefit is during the day the use of the Coffee machine but otherwise I could really do without it if they still added 2 extra drink vouchers per day for D, D+ and P.

I am also one that no longer visits the DL...except for coffee in the morning.  

 

We really love the new voucher program.   Happy Hour is any hour we want...anywhere we want.  😉

Still went the the DL nightly either pre dinner or post dinner to talk with others on Navigator last month. Much nicer as there was always a seat and even met someone that lives a couple miles from me.

I agree!  We used to spend a lot of time in the diamond lounge, but not anymore.

They'll probably convert the second casino (just off the Music Hall) back into the Diamond Lounge...just like they did with Ovation. You can still see all the casino security cameras in the Ovation Diamond Lounge, even though it's just a lounge now.
