  1. OP If you booked prior to May 31 then your sailing should be eligible for Cruise with Confidence and you certainly should be eligible for the price drop. Did you specifically request the OBC using CwC? Since this program is not offered on new bookings now I wonder if the person you were dealing with even knew about the benefits your reservation was booked with. Maybe you need to educate them with this link https://www.celebritycruises.com/cruise-with-confidence
  2. This site was mentioned on a thread a few days ago. I have no experience with them but like Jim I bookmarked it as a backup. https://onpoint-testing.com/product/certified-teleservice-covid-testing/
  3. And I will take FCC you are unable to use off your hands as well.
  4. Check out this thread. Google is your friend https://boards.cruisecritic.com.au/topic/2369542-email-address-for-dining-table-request/
  5. OBC can be transferred to another passenger or can be used for additional tips.
  6. If you received the OBC from Celebrity due to a price drop it will be non-refundable. The only OBC which is refundable if unused is usually OBC that was purchased by your TA or if you purchase in advance of the sailing. While OBC can be used for most things onboard, deposits for a future cruise is not one of them.
  7. Best advise to to contact a travel insurance broker who you can discuss your specific needs and they can match you with the best policy for you. Every one of these policies is different and may or may not meet your needs. There are several always recommended here. insuremytrip.com tripinsurancestore.com squaremouth.com
  8. Even in the US where there appears to be no assistance provided after disembarkation if you were to test positive onboard they still don't want the publicity of the higher numbers. They are trying to portray ships as being the safest place on earth to encourage bookings.
  9. Ok. Yes they must have changed it when they started accepting Certificate of Recovery.
  10. When was the positive covid test? If it was within 14 days of the sailing date I would check with Celebrity as all in "your traveling party" would be eligible for a refund or FCC and I believe this covers Celebrity air as well. It does look like the definition of "traveling party" could be an issue as I assume the other adult doesn't live with you. For purposes of this Policy, your “Traveling Party” means your family members living with you in the same household and traveling companions assigned to your stateroom on the cruise. https://www.celebritycruises.com/content/dam/celebrity/pdf/cel-covid-19-cancellations-and-refunds-policy.pdf I don't believe that CwC will cover you Celebrity air, however if they are refundable airline tickets you would be out only the $200 pp Celebrity Air fees. I'm not sure if travel insurance would cover that given CwC is a voluntary program.
  11. I've had 2 different waters in cans and 1 was tinny while the other wasn't bad. Also is much worse if you open and let sit before finishing.
  12. Yes MDR menu is available for all staterooms during dining hours delivered all at once via room service.
  13. I did it online using the new form which allows you to submit multiple sailings at once. This was about 3 weeks ago. It was applied about a day later and I got an email that it was applied.
  14. You can combine it with AI and other normal promotions including B2B discounts.
  15. I was told by a CC Concierge that the 5-7 happy hour lounge in the Sky Lounge is a thing of the past and has been permanently discontinued. Whether or not you valued this event I think you are seeing most of the loyalty "perks" which were suspended under the guise of Covid have been quietly discontinued permanently.
  16. The b2b discount is per stateroom, not per person. They will usually invite you to the concierge lunch in the MDR on embarkation day and occasionally offer a bag of laundry.
  17. I believe it's stated that it will buy you further evaluation by the medical staff.
  18. To the OP. If the engagement center can't help you retain your original fare then I would suggest you escalate to the executive offices by sending a concise email to the office of LPP explaining the situation and what you have done to try to resolve. It appears Delta is willing to help out here and FBC is dragging their heels. The representatives in her office are generally good at "doing the right thing" as long as you have exhausted the regular escalation chain and have a valid claim (which to me it sounds like you do). lLutoff-Perlo@celebritycruises.com
  19. Yes you would get the amenities of the stateroom which include Unlimited Specialty Dining, Bar Setup, Laundry. But no extra CC points.
  20. @suzyluvs2cruise Have you considered requesting a meeting with the Hotel Director and Guest Relations Manager to discuss your suggested improvements? It would be interesting to watch the GR manager try to defend all the promised things that weren't delivered in front of his boss. I think they at least owe you a meeting.
  21. There was a cutoff of May 4, 2022 in the Cruise with Confidence FAQ's so you may no longer be able to do this. But it's probably worth a try as they had extended it quite a few times. May I transfer my FCC to another guest? Yes, we will allow a one-time transfer of an FCC from any Celebrity Cruises sailing cancelled due to global suspension or under the Cruise With Confidence program. The deadline to request a transfer is May 4, 2022. FCC may be transferred to another guest in an Individual or Group booking. All FCCs (new and existing) must be used on a sailing that departs on or before 12/31/2022 or within one year from the original sailing date, whichever is later.
  22. Celebrity has been allowing 1 time transfer of FCC to another party for some time.
  23. They are not doing any testing for return travel onboard as any positive results puts them on the hook to report to authorities and for Europe sailings to provide quarantine assistance. Any testing provided by Celebrity either for free or at a cost is after disembarkation.
  24. Walgreens is typically the IDNow which is a NAAT test has quick results and is accepted by Celebrity. CVS has recently reduced availability of Antigen testing and no longer offers for free if you only claim travel. I think to get the answer if your employer test would be acceptable you would need to contact Celebrity and get their response in writing.
  25. If you booked your cruise before May 31 then your sailing qualifies for Cruise With Confidence and yes you should be able to get any price drop/promo applied as OBC. See the terms at https://www.celebritycruises.com/cruise-with-confidence
