  1. Were you using the Captains Club number 1-844-418-6824?
  2. Generally 14-21 days after deposit.
  3. My SA sailing the excursion list mirrors what's online. Unfortunately the prices don't. One excursion we were interested in was $120 when we booked it private but had to cancel due to tides. On this brochure it's $399 but online in cruise planner it's $584. Yes these are pp prices for a 4.5 hr tour.
  4. Jim's link worked for my Infinity SA sailing. While I didn't really see a way to download the second blue square on the right sent me to the print dialog where I selected "save to pdf" as the printer option and then printed to a pdf file.
  5. No just have the same address. (co-habitating). Just to be clear I don't think points are adjusted. It's just that linked accounts show the higher point total and the CC level of the highest member. If the accounts are ever unlinked you will show different point values again. Some emails will have your CC points these are generally your actual point value, not the linked value.
  6. Taxes/Fees on a particular sailing vary all the time. I can't say I've seen them move more than $30 pp though. $200 sounds high. The other interesting observation is every time I reprice a sailing I retain the original T/F regardless of the change of cruise fare. I would have thought it would change to the prevailing T/F as well.
  7. Sorry I misunderstood the OP. I thought they had another cruise in mind. I agree with the poster to ask for a supervisor to get the deposit moved to your other reservation as FCC will not be generated in time for final payment.
  8. You get a package with a luggage tag and a Zenith pin for each new member. Then on your next sailing you will have a celebration. Used to be on the bridge but post covid has been in Blu most times and occasionally on the lawn. A cake and officer reception. Then you have to call to make arrangements for your free Bermuda/Caribbean sailing in a balcony cabin.
  9. Don't tell them you want to cancel. Tell them you want to move your current reservation to another ship/sail date. That's covered in the NRD T&C and at worst you will be charged the $100 pp admin fee and maybe if you are lucky will be waived. Celebrity phone reps seem to be woefully under trained at this point. If you can't get someone to to this for you ask for supervisor, if they won't do it ask to be connected to resolutions department. FCC can be used on existing reservations, it doesn't have to be a new booking. It would be crazy for Celebrity to want to absorb the bookkeeping expense of going the FCC route. Totally unnecessary in your situation where you just want to move the reservation to another sailing.
  10. On my last sailing the internet wasn't working on my phone in the terminal so I was glad I had hard copies. Your suggested method of having Xpass and test results with a screen shot or otherwise stored locally on your phone is a good alternative. Just don't depend on internet access. FWIW I figured out my internet issue was my phone automatically connected to the ships Wifi as I had been on the ship before. Since I hadn't activated my WiFi package for the current sailing my wifi connection had no access to the internet and was priority over my cellular connection.
  11. Very simple. You don't have to touch any of the hanging stuff as they will just move it to the new closet. Just gather the rest and place in your suitcases, they will move that as well. Just discuss with your stateroom attendant and they will give you specifics. You will then meet somewhere onboard probably around 9 and they will walk you off the ship as a group, through immigration and then back on the ship. Very easy. They will send something to your cabin during the first sailing and have a meeting toward the end where they will explain everything.
  12. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express Ybor City East (on 50th street). It's a very nice HIE and the front desk was very nice. The area is nothing special so if you don't have a car it's probably better to stay downtown or by the airport. They offer parking for $50 for up to 14 days. Lot is well lit and plenty of space. I think it was about a $15 Uber ride to the port but they did provide shuttle service if you paid for parking.
  13. That 20 sqft is a deal breaker for me on M class ships. Have to have CC or above for the size of the cabin alone.
  14. Better stay home then. I believe if quarantined crew test positive they are moved to isolation on deck 3 as well.
  15. https://store.optum.com/celebrity-cruises-tests/ https://store.emed.com/s/category/covid19-athome-test-with-verified-lab-report-emed/0ZG8c000000LZXk?c__results_layout_state={} Or you use a home test you either got from the government or purchase locally and use one of the telemed proctoring services which charge $15-$20 to proctor the test and give you the written medical report.
  16. Just looked and they are currently 4 for $99 or 9900 points. Looks like the 50% bonus most recently expired 5/31/2022
  17. T&C from the current promo looks like $200 pp discount for Caribbean but must be paid for at time of booking so no advantage of waiting until final payment. Airfare Offer: Airfare Offer applies to all guests in the stateroom on any category on an Offer Cruise and provides $100 to $500 USD off market economy airfare rates per person, on flights from all North American gateways purchased on Flights by Celebrity only (“Air Credit”). Air Credit is per person and varies by cruise destination; $100 pp for Mexico Riviera, Canal, Coastal, Bermuda and Transatlantic sailings; $200 pp for Caribbean and Alaska sailings; $300 pp for, South America, Australia sailings; $500 pp for Europe sailings. To redeem, guest must book Offer Cruise during the Offer Period on celebrity.com or contact their travel professional and book flights on flightsbycelebrity.com. Cruise booking number is required to purchase air travel. Full payment of airfare required at time of booking. Airfare Offer is only available on select airlines, routes, and fare types
  18. Especially the post by @chengkp75 who I believe was a chief engineer on a cruise line.
  19. Celebrity has 14 menus. Due to provisioning issues they may occasionally deviate. As others have said if you are on B2B the menu does reset to day 1 on each sailing.
  20. Doesn't the current promotion include an air discount? Maybe this is what you are seeing? The discounted fare is not going to be available with your existing reservation. Another thing to remember with FBC is after final payment there is a FBC cancel/change fee of $200 pp in addition to any airline fees.
  21. I don't see any reason they can't share your Celebrity account as it really just gives you a list of sailings and reservation information.
  22. 7 day sailings over Thanksgiving will have kids.
  23. And I think Alaska gets $34.50 per passenger paid directly by the cruise line. http://tax.alaska.gov/programs/programs/reports/Historical.aspx?20000
  24. Celebrity eliminated the Dance Hosts around 2004. We saw them on our first couple of sailings.
