As the UK, some of southern Europe, Israel, India, Singapore, China etc., will be open for business by then, it's surely still plausible

It depends on which ship will go to Singapore in 2022-2023 winter (opening in the week of Mar 29). If it is not Spectrum in Singapore, then China Phase 2 may probably refer to Spectrum winter itineraries only.

I assume the yard wants to get paid and unload the ship as soon as they can, though they may have some deal with RCI on delivery details.

Doesn't particularly seem weather friendly in terms of waves and climate to an oasis class ship.

Well wonder is supposed to be designed to be deployed year round in northern China.Plus it’s got the enclosed solarium.

If we do see it Australia ,I cant see a problem with a cruise down the east coast to Hobart.

You might need to specify if you're curious about what particular venues will be on the ship or if you saw something specific in one of the pictures that you were curious about.

 

for the former, nobody knows with certainty until official and complete deck plans are released.
