Rare little britain Posted October 30, 2017 #76 Share Posted October 30, 2017 No, you used to get the blocks under the old rules too. However if it was the maths of the conversion from credits to points in Jan 2011 that put you at 140 and not a physical cruise then you do not get a block. If credits were 1-4, points = credits * 7 + 1 If credits were 5-7, points = credits * 7 + 3 If credits were > 7, points = credits * 7 +
marci22 Posted October 30, 2017 #77 Share Posted October 30, 2017 We were over 140 when the C&A conversion occurred. We were told no block since it was a new policy, have they changed their policy? You could just email C&A and tell them you never got your block and you would like one. I would include the ship you were on so it makes it easy for them to just send one out rather than have to investigate.
Rare John&LaLa Posted October 30, 2017 #78 Share Posted October 30, 2017 Ok, this is getting silly. In 6 weeks, we've gotten 5 blocks. Should have been 2. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk I got two from Serenade (six months later!) sent to me due to being out of stock on the ship. Should have been just one, so I gave the other one to my sister who did her honeymoon on the ship. Nice souvenier for her!
Rare Oceansaway17 Posted October 30, 2017 #81 Share Posted October 30, 2017 How do they decide which block to give a passenger? Is it the ship they are currently on?
Clarea Posted October 30, 2017 #82 Share Posted October 30, 2017 How do they decide which block to give a passenger? Is it the ship they are currently on? It's the ship they are on when they pass the milestone point: 140, 210, 280 ... every 70 points starting at 140.

CallagDeb Posted October 31, 2017 #93 Share Posted October 31, 2017 We didn’t get one last time, we should have gotten one on the oasis. Can we ask to get one next week, we are on the oasis again. Can we request it from the loyalty person? You can call C&A and they will ship one to you.
