YOwsers! Just booked Royal for February 28th 10 day Caribbean, inside for $209 each!

Just received email offer from Princess for above sailing for inside room for $209 each. Doesn't show up on their site had to call. They have inside rooms on decks 9,10,11,12 and 14. Got midship on dolphin - just across hall from our Regal dec. 10th trip. Total cost for two with insurance was $766.

 

Can't hardly believe that price.

Do you have to gamble? As I scrolled down there were promotion codes but I didn’t see anything obligatory for such an inexpensive fare.

 

 

 

We gambled on our Regal cruise but they didn't ask me for any promo codes.

I didn't get the email. Can you post the email you received. Heck for that price I would consider an inside.

 

 

It’s tied to your captain’s circle account. We called for my parents and it’s not tied to theirs. I can book at that price, but they can’t book at that price.

I just talked to my Vacation Planner at Princess and it is a casino rate. We are not on the list, BOO! I will most certainly be gambling on our Crown cruise in ten days. In July of this year I received a casino rate for the CB TA, 15 day $199 inside, but, the time was not right. This is the one and only time I ever received a casino rate offer.

Wow we didn't even play that much as in a normal casino. DH and I both put $60 into slots and played some blackjack, but I even came home with money [emoji1] so I guess we'll be doing that again!

I don't even remember playing on any of my Princess cruises, LOL. It does seem it doesn't take much play $$ to qualify so we will be playing on the Crown. Have a wonderful cruise!

I don't gamble but we did go to the casino a few times on the 12/3/17 Regal sailing.

The Elite penalty. Argh. That's what I'm thinking. :mad: Either that or you only get it if you don't have something already booked with them. We never get them but go to the casino regularly on every cruise. We don't spend a lot but more than some of the people that have gotten these so that leads me to believe maybe they didn't have another cruise already booked with Princess. :loudcry:

We are elite and don't have another cruise booked, just have my FCD which I purchased on our 12/3 regal sailing and my husband got the email.

I actually placed it into the trash until I read this thread!

 

Perhaps they know I spent Christmas day at my friends who is an exec with one of their competitors and was busy talking about cruising on his line! LOL

Congratulations! Neither my husband nor I got that offer but he got the terrific offer for the Regal for December 10th that we jumped on. I gamble enough to qualify for the VIP sailings and cash back on next cruise offers but didn't get that one. He plays on PokerPro and they don't make enough on him to usually give him offers. We are both Elite and have two future cruises booked on Princess, but we had those same cruises booked when they sent him the offer that we took advantage of earlier this month. It's anyone's guess how they determine who to send these offers to but I'm happy when they do arrive!
