helen haywood Posted January 23, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2018 On previous cruises the Super Bowl was shown in the theater and X provided food there as well. Sliders, hot dogs, nachos, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
JahHaus Posted January 23, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 23, 2018 I’ve been on many cruises on SB Sunday and, each time, it was a blast. The ship had banners for both teams, yes...lots of game-day foods and drinks...game on the huge screen with loud, passionate fans with theatre seating added a unique feel...plus you are at sea! I’ll bet you’ll have a blast! Sent from my iPad using Forums
kands6191 Posted January 23, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2018 We had a ball when we were there and the casino did offer some sort of special bet for it. Can't remember exactly what it was now. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

TomMMD Posted January 23, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Boarding the silhouette on Superbowl sunday , will there be any game day festivities ?? We were on a cruise pin 2001 when the Ravens won. The game that year was being broadcast by CBS. On the shipment however, the CBS feed came to the ship via ESPN International satellite. When the commercials came on, they turn off the sound and have games & contests on the main stage of the theater. Sonoma fans Posted January 23, 2018 #19 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Hmmm, wondering if there were deflated footballs in Super Bowl LI...No, that was just the drive for 5!...time for folks to get over deflate gate and give respect to a great run. Know this will end at some point, but enjoying the Ride. All those sailing for the SB enjoy the game, it is a great party!
Rare keesar Posted January 23, 2018 #20 Share Posted January 23, 2018 When and where did the Patriots beat the Eagles in the last time they met in the Superbowl? Oh, in 2005 in Jacksonville.
Mustang Nut Posted January 23, 2018 #21 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Football.......that's the brown one that's kinda pointy on two ends, right? Lol. My son-in-law still doesn't believe I've never actually watched a SB. All I know is that it's the perfect time to hit Lowe's or the supermarket etc. Everyone is home. Rare Lois R Posted January 23, 2018 #22 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Lois, How can you want my patriots to lose?? The blitz for 6 Hi Tom, because we should have won the game and had 10 minutes left to do it:(......at least I know you:) Not sure if you were prevy to any of the things that were done to some of the Jags fans who went to the game but it is pathetic.....yes, you won and Brady is the best but it was not a blowout........I guess the Boston writers think the other 31 teams don't matter..........Dan O' what's his name?.........from the Boston Globe.....what an idiot:mad: There, I have now vented

Carole2313 Posted January 23, 2018 #24 Share Posted January 23, 2018 GO EAGLES! The Patriots have a long history of cheating. When we had the Rams in St. Louis they sent a mole to film our practices before the Super Bowl in 2002. Since they cheated and had all of our plays, they won. cynbar Posted January 23, 2018 #25 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Fans will be all decked out in their jerseys, hats, foam fingers --- all the paraphernalia! So if you have it, wear it for the Pats or Eagles. And while we are at it ----GO PATS! the view from here is that the haters are jealous of our years of success. Our hometown team has won 3 AFC Championships and 2 Super Bowls (so far) since Deflategate, so there must be more to it than that.
