Many Haven families were going for it Oh wow, that sounds like fun. NCL is going to make lots of $$$$$ with all those kids with their rich parents in the Haven ;);p MSC has a similar program for their zip line. I think its $10 each ride or $50 unlimited for the cruise.
Two Wheels Only Posted June 30, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 30, 2018 MSC has a similar program for their zip line. I think its $10 each ride or $50 unlimited for the cruise. For Yacht Club guests, zipline is no charge and unlimited zips...whatever you call it. As for the go-karts, count me in for unlimited but I'd like to know how the separate line merges with the regular line.

Sauer-kraut Posted June 30, 2018 #7 Share Posted June 30, 2018 Thanks. Is this unlimited offer just for Haven guests or is it for all? I bet it turns into a sprint to get them like it is now for Posh/Spice passes. Only a limited amount sold per cruise and Haven guests get first crack at them. eddeb Posted June 30, 2018 #8 Share Posted June 30, 2018 We read on several posts that the kart reservations fill up for the week on the 1st day... If they have unlimited riders all week long I can't visualize all the new problems this may create. Go karts originally were included, then they went to $5, then $7, Now $10pp. Now $99 for unlimited? The thermal room on Escape was $189 weeklong for couples. Now the bliss has gone to $249pp up from $199. Jimmy Buffets was included, then went ala carte, now is $$15pp. I am not sure what NCL is doing, but these weekly increases are alarming to say the least. NLH Arizona Posted June 30, 2018 #9 Share Posted June 30, 2018 I am not sure what NCL is doing, but these weekly increases are alarming to say the least. Moore Family:cool: Tampa Bay:cool: Probably looking for that sweet spot price, where they are full, but not overwhelmed. The one thing they need to raise substantially is Vibe and maybe it would stop folks from running over folks to get a pass.
doenute Posted July 1, 2018 #10 Share Posted July 1, 2018 I look for NCL to begin auctioning the VIBE and other alacarte things....they have a winning formula for cabin upsells and they certainly know it. "who wants it more--show me the money". And in fact, it is more fair than a foot race to see who can get what.

We bought spa passes on the Breakaway months after it started sailing, $200 pp, that was 5 years ago. They are charging what people are willing to pay, like all businesses. I remember when I paid $10 a month for each of my kids’ cell phones, and the phones were free! My bill is now over $400 a month!

Two Wheels Only Posted July 1, 2018 #14 Share Posted July 1, 2018 What is the racetrack? The electric go-kart track on NCL Joy (first) and NCL Bliss (second)... XkSOA-zIrI4 Guess I have a lot to read up on... don’t know what posh/spice passes are. There are no passes for Spice H2O. It is a complimentary and adult-only sundeck. VIBE Beach Club (VIBE) and Posh Beach Club (POSH) are limited guest/extra cost adult-only sundecks. Posh is only on NCL Epic and is included for adult suite guests. A pass must be acquired by getting one on-board on a first come, first serve basis (VIBE and non-suite guests on Epic).
HowardK Posted July 2, 2018 #15 Share Posted July 2, 2018 can others get the $99 deal? Is someone really going to be able to get track reservations for 10 times though. I wonder if they'll make it a promo- like UBP or Unlimited Racetrack?

It looked like essentially buffet food

erdoran Posted July 2, 2018 #18 Share Posted July 2, 2018 So how does that work? are there some number of dedicated karts? How long have people been waiting? DH and I are interested but if we are still going to have long waits then not worthwhile.

Rare KeithJenner Posted July 2, 2018 #24 Share Posted July 2, 2018 Who is George?? Maybe he's the person who introduced charging for Bowling, or for Posh/Vibe, or introduced dinner shows at a charge. Things like that. :)
eddeb Posted July 9, 2018 #25 Share Posted July 9, 2018 (edited) Blissful News Update. Live travelogue from DadofKad posted this afternoon that Prohibition is now $29 pp and around $36 pp with 20% added automatically. For our family that's about $150. $240 spa pass. x 4 $15 pp for a burger. x 4 I can give more examples, but it is hard to do as fees are increasing weekly. Shows and comedy acts selling out the first day... for the week. :') We are spending just under $4k for 6 days before thee casino folks. Ouch. Bring Da Labstah Back! NCL is now "FeeStyle" I miss FreeStyle... Edited July 9, 2018 by eddeb Missed a sentence
