cublet Posted August 15, 2018 #26 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Hello, If the two sailings are linked by RCI either at the time of booking or thereafter but before check-in is started, we (in the UK at least) need only complete the check-in for the first cruise. This is because the details from the first check-in have automatically populated the fields for the second cruise. Well, more or less - arrival & departure times are wrong but no-one seems to mind. People at the pier are not interested in a second SetSail pass as their systems can only manage one cruise at a time. A WORD OF WARNING: Credit card details get lost between the two cruises and I have twice received early morning calls re an 'outstanding balance' on my account. I twice complained to Miami (and even wrote on these boards) who (1) twice gave me $1000 future OBC to say 'sorry' (2) told me that the ship was not following procedures and it should not have happened. My B2B on Navigator in October will be interesting in this respect! We do NOT have have to disembark the ship: We roll-up to one of the public areas and new cruise cards are distributed and find somewhere to squat whilst waiting for cabins to be released. We do however have to go to the outside deck to 'disembark' our old cards and 'embark' our new ones. Regards, Cublet
Desert Cruizers Posted August 15, 2018 #27 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Following our Transpacific, we had our meeting two days before, and were told we could pick up our new cards at Guest Relations between 6 & 9 AM or in the dining room after 9 AM. If we chose to get our cards early, then we could disembark the ship for the rest of the day. in Honolulu. Because we had done Immigration at our Lahaina stop we were all set. We returned to the ship around 3 PM. We embarked at 10 PM for our Hawaii cruise, disembarking in Seattle.
cruisegirl1 Posted August 15, 2018 #28 Share Posted August 15, 2018 We print the set sail pass for both cruises in case we want to carry on more than 2 bottles of wine. We can carry on four bottles- two per cruise. M

Rare John&LaLa Posted August 16, 2018 #32 Share Posted August 16, 2018 Ours is out of PC.. But not till sep 2019In PC they gather the consecutive cruisers around 9:30, give them new sea pass, walk them down to customs. The customs officer glances at your passport, then you go back and wait in the front row of the suites area. Beware of the Pinnacle Creep. [emoji6] Newly boarding Pinnacles try and sneak into the B2B area. No idea why. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

We can carry on four bottles- two per cruise. M Our last b2b, they took 2 bottles, but delivered them to our cabin on the last night of the first cruise. We had showed our set sail pass to security for our second cruise, but they still took them. First time that happened on our many b2b 's.
Etta1213 Posted August 16, 2018 #34 Share Posted August 16, 2018 How do I clear browser cookies? Old non-tekkie here☺ As for printing stuff out, we never did that. Our TA prints out everything and SO picks it up, in nice zip folder. Don't all TA's do that? If a person doesn't have that stuff printed out, is it printed out when one gets to the embark terminal? retiredgram Posted August 20, 2018 #37 Share Posted August 20, 2018 Why didn‘t you just leave the bottles in your room? When we went through security at port, they took 2 of the bottles. We were not able to take all 4 onboard at embarkation. They did deliver them on the last night of the first cruise for our second cruise of the B2B. nealstuber Posted August 20, 2018 #38 Share Posted August 20, 2018 But that system of theirs which shuts you out of your bookings all the time sure is annoying! I’ve had it happen to me as well, but I’ve found if I use their back buttons instead of the browser back buttons and log out instead of “Xing” out of the check in process it does not happen. Also, make sure you don’t have your reservation open in more than one browser window. The same holds true when pre-ordering shore excursions, dinner or beverage packages. FOXTROT Posted August 20, 2018 #39 Share Posted August 20, 2018 Sounds like you locked up your reservation. Call RCCL to unlock it. We have always checked in for the second & third leg of cruises. At check in for the first they just hand back the other forms.
gaylemh Posted August 20, 2018 #40 Share Posted August 20, 2018 My last B2B on Anthem, we met in Boleros and waited until almost everyone was off the ship. We were then escorted off the ship through customs and back on in less than 15 minutes. We were given our new cards and were able to go to our new cabin when we came back on. There was also a private lunch for B2B's in Chic at noon.
