We put in the maximum bid for a 2 bedroom Aquatheater Suite. We had the choice of a 1 bedroom ATS, 2 bedroom ATS, SLS and Villa Suite. The Royal Loft Suite did not show up. I am not at liberty at this time to say how much we bid, but it came in as a strong bid. The 2 bedroom ATS was the only room that appealed to the 4 of us. Our kids liked that there was a second bedroom and not a pull out couch. Keeping our fingers crossed, but we will be happy with our CLS if it doesn't come through. . Did you win any bids yet? silver1110 Posted March 15, 2019 #1704 Share Posted March 15, 2019 Just got the Royal Up email - sailing 4/29 on Mariner of the Seas. Currently booked for a Spacious Oceanview Balcony. Offers are: Grand Suite 2 BR - min. $250 PP Grand Suite - min. $150 PP Junior Suite - min. $100 PP May consider a bid on the Grand Suite - I don't see much benefit to the Junior Suite from our current cabin selection. If I'm missing something, let me know!
copter Posted March 16, 2019 #1705 Share Posted March 16, 2019 I read a few of the pages here but the conversation got a bit side-tracked and so did I. Can anyone recap as to whether there have been any successful bids (and subsequent sailings) on this program? Also, has anyone on a casino comp ever received an opportunity to bid on an upgrade? Thanks.

I just booked Adventure 11/3 on a casino comp - ocean view. I hope I get an opportunity to bid. My B2B in June is in a balcony, same cabin for both sailings. I don't think I'll bid even if I get an upgrade email. I don't want to have to pack up and move.

With my sailing on Harmony, all of the suites are sold out for our week April 14-21. I find it strange that none of the other Oasis Class ships have their suites sold out for that week. This happened to us last year on the Anthem on the week of Spring Break. It turned out that Star Jones was getting married on the ship and booked several suites for her guests. I am now wondering if there will be another celebrity wedding on board this sailing (or an anniversary party.)

I wasn't paying attention to the category. We stayed in one on Mariner years ago. Would have bid way more than $60. Congratulations
TinkBellaMom Posted March 17, 2019 #1720 Share Posted March 17, 2019 I am sorry if this is a silly question. We received one of these e-mails but didn’t bid because we are happy with our original room choice. But curious, if we were to get a JS or higher after already paying for a lesser cabin, would we still get double loyalty points?

You do however, get all of the perks of the new room.

sandebeach Posted March 19, 2019 #1725 Share Posted March 19, 2019 I got my acceptance email last night. Sailing on the Anthem to Bermuda on May 25. On March 6 I bid $900 for a Sky Loft suite (bid range was $700-$1300). After checking on what it would cost to just upgrade (the SLS was $7,800 for two), I increased my bid to $1,000/pp on March 7, and got my Congratulations email on March 18. 3
