Deluxe Drink package buy 1 get 1 50% off

Recommended Posts

We have never bought a drink package even though we are Diamond Plus so have cruised RCCL quite a bit.  We are planning a retirement cruise for myself and son-in-law for November on the Anthem and all our immediate family are going.  Yay!

Is the current Memorial Day price on the Deluxe drink package a decent price for everyone?  It is net at $47 per day per person.

On our Oct 13, 2019 Sailing on Harmony  the deluxe packages has been alternating between $52 and $49. We got it at $49 and I would be surprised if it goes any lower but I keep checking daily as you never know.

We’re on a B2B in Sept and I just canceled the drink package today for week 1 and rebooked when I saw it was $44 but when I checked week 2 it was still the original $47.  You never know.

I just picked this up for our Adventure of the Seas cruise.  It's not cheapest I have purchased it for but it is the cheapest I have found it for this particular cruise.  Previously I have gotten it for $42 Liberty Nov 2018 and $46 Mariner April 2019.

If it gets any cheaper we can cancel and rebook.

The lowest that I have seen it for my Anthem 9 day cruise in June is $49. $47 is a good deal. Anything under $50 is lower than what I have experienced on other cruise lines.

I doubt it would go lower but if it does you can cancel and repurchase it at the lower price.

Is this offer for USA only? Also are the prices quoted here, inclusive or exclusive of gratuity?

The US prices will have 18% added at checkout.

Hmm, the price is still $50 for us (Allure TA next November) and no mention of sales...

It will be a while before you start seeing sales for that cruise.  Sales typically only extend out 6-8 months for cruise planner items.  This current sail covers sailings through December 15, 2019.

I bought it at Buy 1 Get 1 50% off but then rebooked it later when it went down to 30%.  That brought it down from $49 to $46.  It was very easy to cancel and rebook and my credit card was credited a couple of days later.

Buy one get 50% off is a marketing device of giving you a 25% discount. But 25% off of what?   The price varies so much it's hard to tell a good deal.

On the Freedom in Feb the drink package was $42. It was $44 on the Allure in April. It is currently $49 on the Allure in Dec.

Hello All!  Not new to cruising or RCCL, but have not sailed with them since 2003. I am sailing with my teenage son in July on last minute trip. Can someone help me find where to find the "discounted" drink package prices for purchase? Thanks!

Log on to your Royal Caribbean reservation. Go to plan my cruise. The first page will show you some deals. Click on the beverage tab at the top and it will list all of the beverage deals.

Thank you... Found it. My "offer" price right now is $49. Is that a good price. We are 65 days out as of today for a July sail date.

I've seen recent reports in the low 40's.

Perfect, will do and thank you! We have more recently been sailing with NCL and the drink package there is included. I am also sailing as a guest in the casino so may have a card from there as well which will limit to casino only, so trying to price if it is worth it purchase for non-casino drink access.

If $49 is a BOGO offer = 25% off each package then yes that has been my experience for the best offer. If it's only 20% off each package I would hold out for the BOGO offer.  Those were the only two offers I received since April of 2018. I'm sailing in two weeks.

Hmmm... Iamcruzin...

I am not sure how to determine these discounted numbers. I only see the language "Price Shown Reflects Your Discount" in the page before adding to cart and after adding to cart. Is there another way to find this? It says 30% off onboard prices

The advertised percentages are nearly meaningless. Look at the bottom line per person/per day and decide from there.  When the price reaches a point you can tolerate buy it.  If it goes down in price you can always cancel and repurchase and get the better price.

I’m using my phone so the banner is blurry. It looks like it says 30% off. I have never received an offer with that discount. However the price of the drink package on your sailing if you were to buy on board may be more than my on board price. Since they don’t disclose that important piece of in formation there is no way of knowing. Bottom line is I would bet 30% is going to be the rock bottom price.

We have the package for $44/day.  It was $50 initially but then went to $44 and has stuck there for the last couple of weeks.  I check daily just in the hopes that it might go down further.

We are on the Allure TA in March 2020.
